Full Sure Leverage Funding review

18 min read · Updated Oct 28, 2026

Sure Leverage Funding (SLF) is a UAE-run prop firm that sells five forex and CFD programs on MT5 and TradeLocker: two instant funding accounts, a 1-step, a 2-step and a "Buy Now, Pay Later" challenge that starts at $10. You trade forex, indices, gold, commodities and a few crypto pairs, with 1:50 leverage in challenges and 1:30 once funded.

The menu is wide and the marketing loud, so the details matter more than usual. List prices are high for the funding you get, EAs and news trading are banned on every program we cover, and several plans add a floating-loss limit, a per-cycle profit cap or a consistency rule. The website also promises splits "up to 100%" while the help center gives lower numbers. This review lays out the real rules for each program, with dollar examples.

The short version

  • Best for: manual traders who want to try a large account for $10 through Buy Now, Pay Later, or who want an instant account with a static 8% floor.
  • Not for: EA users, news traders, anyone who trades from a VPS, and anyone looking for low cost per $1,000 of funding.
  • Biggest strength: choice. Instant, 1-step, 2-step and pay-after-you-pass options, payouts processed within 24 business hours, and a real static drawdown on two plans.
  • Biggest risk: layered payout rules. Floating-loss limits, consistency rules, a 5% per-cycle cap on some plans, a 2% payout fee, and a profit split that's halved after one denied payout.
  • Our score: 3.0 out of 5. Top marks for payouts, but its cheapest funding per $1,000 is cheaper than or equal to only 6% of the forex firms we track, and EAs and news trading are banned.

Who runs Sure Leverage Funding

SLF's About page says the firm was established in 2022. Its terms and conditions (effective 20 July 2026) are a contract with ASAP Solutions FZ-LLC, trading as Sure Leverage Funding, a free zone company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone in the UAE. The simulated trading environment is provided by Sure Leverage Funding Ltd, a Saint Lucia company (number 2025-00514). SLF also lists an administrative support office in Tbilisi, Georgia, which it says is not a contracting entity.

The terms are governed by UAE and Ras Al Khaimah law. Any dispute goes to SLF in writing first; if it isn't settled within 30 days, either side can go to the courts of Ras Al Khaimah. SLF's liability is capped at the program fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

All accounts are demo accounts using live prices. The help center adds that SLF "may copy trade our best traders on live accounts at our discretion". Your payouts still come from SLF, not from a live account in your name.

The rules live in a public help center with one FAQ page per program. The help center also still lists several retired programs (Pro Zero, the old 2 Step Challenge, a Drop Out Plan, futures-style accounts and others) next to the current ones. Check that the article you're reading matches the program you're buying. The terms themselves are a PDF linked in the site footer.

Programs and prices

Prices below are list prices from SLF's homepage plan selector, checked on 28 October 2026. A 40% discount and a buy-one-get-one offer were running when we checked; we've used the struck-through list price.

Instant Funding Zero

No evaluation and no consistency rule. You start on a funded account. These rules apply to accounts bought from 20 August 2026.

  • Max loss: 4%, trailing your highest balance or equity by default. You can choose a 4% static floor at checkout.
  • Daily loss: 2% by default, or removed at checkout.
  • Split: 70% from the first payout. Payouts: every 14 days.
  • Payout buffer: you need 3% profit before you can request, and can withdraw only what's above that 3%.
  • No profit cap, no minimum profitable days.
AccountPriceDaily lossMax loss3% buffer
$5,000$65$100$200$150
$10,000$129$200$400$300
$25,000$375$500$1,000$750
$50,000$750$1,000$2,000$1,500
$100,000$1,448$2,000$4,000$3,000
$200,000$2,849$4,000$8,000$6,000

Worked example, $25,000 Instant Zero (default rules). Your floor starts at $24,000 and follows your highest balance or equity: hit $25,800 and it moves to $24,800. Each day you can drop $500 below the higher of your balance or equity at 5pm EST. At a $26,500 balance, you can withdraw $750 (everything above $25,750) and receive $525 at 70%.

The help article also says that after a payout your balance resets to the starting balance. Read together with the buffer rule, that means the first 3% of profit is never paid out. It also doesn't explain how a trailing floor that has already risen above $25,000 works after the reset, beyond warning that a full withdrawal "can leave you close to your limit". Ask support how this works before your first payout.

Instant Funding Static

No evaluation and a fixed floor, but more payout conditions than Instant Zero.

  • Max loss: 8% static. Daily loss: 4%.
  • Floating loss limit: open losses (including swaps and commissions) can never exceed 1% of the starting balance, measured from your current balance. First breach halves your split, second closes the account. A checkout add-on removes it for 15% of the account cost.
  • Consistency: no single day can be 25% or more of your profit for the payout period.
  • Profit cap: 5% of the starting balance per payout cycle.
  • Minimum: 4 profitable days (at least 0.5% each) before every payout.
  • Split: rises with each payout, from 50% to 80%.
AccountPriceDaily lossMax lossFloating loss limitMax withdrawal per cycle
$5,000$99$200$400$50$250

$200,000$2,127$8,000$16,000$2,000$10,000

Worked example, $100,000 Instant Static. Your floor is fixed at $92,000 and the daily limit is $4,000. The trap is the floating loss rule: any open position, or group of positions, showing more than $1,000 of loss at any moment counts as a breach, even if you're well above $92,000. To take a first payout of $5,000 (the cap), your best day must be under $1,250, you need four days of at least $500 profit, and you'd receive $2,500 at the 50% first-payout split, before the payout fee.

The split ladder looks like this:

1 Step Evaluation

One phase with a large 10% floor that trails on end-of-day values.

  • Profit target: 10%. No time limit, no minimum days.
  • Daily loss: 3%. Max loss: 10%, trailing the highest end-of-day balance or equity.
  • Consistency: no single day can be 50% or more of total profit, in the challenge and before each funded payout.
  • Split: 90%. Payouts: every 14 days.
AccountPriceTargetDaily lossMax loss
$5,000$70$500$150$500
$10,000$113$1,000$300$1,000
$25,000$284$2,500$750$2,500
$50,000$455$5,000$1,500$5,000

$200,000$1,424$20,000$6,000$20,000

Worked example, $50,000 1-Step. Your floor starts at $45,000. It moves only at the 5pm EST snapshot, using the higher of balance or equity: close a day at $53,000 and the floor becomes $48,000. Intraday spikes don't move it. You pass at $55,000, but only if no single day made $2,500 or more of that $5,000. SLF's article says the floor "only ever moves up" and, unlike many firms, doesn't say it stops at your starting balance. In SLF's own $100,000 example, a $108,000 close moves the floor to $98,000.

2 Step Evaluation (Premium)

The most conventional plan, and the cheapest at most sizes.

  • Phase 1: 8% target. Phase 2: 5% target.
  • Daily loss: 4%. Max loss: 8% static.
  • Minimum: 3 profitable days (at least 0.5% each) in the challenge and before each payout.
  • Funded only: floating loss can't exceed 2% of the starting balance.
  • No consistency rule. Split: 80%, every 14 days. Trades can't use more than 80% of available margin.
AccountPricePhase 1 targetPhase 2 targetDaily lossMax loss

$200,000$1,421$16,000$10,000$8,000$16,000

Worked example, $100,000 2-Step. Your floor is $92,000 for good. You can lose $4,000 in a day. Phase 1 ends at $108,000, then you need $5,000 more in Phase 2, with at least three days of $500 or more profit along the way. Once funded, an open loss of more than $2,000 at any moment is a breach of the floating loss rule.

Buy Now, Pay Later

You pay $10 to start any size and pay the full fee only after you pass. If you fail, you lose the $10.

  • Challenge: 6% target, 4% daily loss, 8% max loss trailing your highest balance or equity.
  • Funded: 3% daily loss, 6% trailing max loss, 1% floating loss limit, 20% consistency rule, 5% profit cap per cycle, 80% split, payouts every 14 days.
AccountStartFee after passingTargetDaily loss (challenge)Max loss (challenge)
$5,000$10$69$300$200$400
$10,000$10$149$600$400$800
$25,000$10$275$1,500$1,000$2,000
$50,000$10$425$3,000$2,000$4,000
$100,000$10$785$6,000$4,000$8,000
$200,000$10$1,415$12,000$8,000$16,000

SLF doesn't say the $10 is credited against the later fee, so assume a pass on $100,000 costs $795 in total.

Worked example, $100,000 BNPL. In the challenge your floor starts at $92,000 and trails your highest balance or equity: an equity peak of $104,000 lifts it to $96,000. You pass at $106,000 and then pay $785. Once funded, the floor is 6% ($6,000) below your peak and also never moves down; SLF's own example has a $110,000 peak lifting it to $104,000. Your best day must stay under 20% of the period's profit, you can withdraw at most $5,000 per cycle, and open losses can't exceed $1,000. This is a pay-after-you-pass deal with a much stricter funded stage than its challenge.

Which Sure Leverage Funding plan should you pick?

For most manual traders, the 2-Step is the cleanest choice: static 8% floor, no consistency rule, an 80% split from day one and the lowest price at most sizes. The 3-profitable-day rule and the 2% funded floating loss limit are the only real quirks.

Pick Buy Now, Pay Later if you want to test yourself on a big account for $10. Just understand that the funded stage is far tighter than the challenge: a 1% floating loss limit, a 20% consistency rule and a 5% withdrawal cap per cycle.

Pick the 1-Step if you like a big 10% floor and can spread your profit across several days. The 90% split is the best SLF pays from the first payout.

The instant plans are the most expensive way in. Instant Static has a generous static floor but a 50% first split, a 5% cap and a 1% floating loss limit. Instant Zero has the fewest payout conditions but the tightest drawdown (4%) and a 70% split.

On cost per $1,000, the cheapest options are the $200,000 2-Step ($1,421, about $7.11 per $1K) and the $100,000 1-Step ($711, $7.11 per $1K). The $200,000 BNPL comes to $1,425 if you pass, about $7.13 per $1K, but costs only $10 if you don't. The cheapest instant option is the $200,000 Instant Static at about $10.64 per $1K, and the $200,000 Instant Zero works out to about $14.25.

Trading rules in practice

Drawdown and the daily reset

Every program resets its daily limit at 5pm EST. At that moment SLF takes the higher of your balance or equity and subtracts the daily allowance (a fixed percentage of your starting balance). That's your floor for the next day. If you end the day with $2,000 of floating profit on a $100,000 1-Step, your next-day floor is $99,000.

The max loss works three different ways depending on the plan:

PlanMax lossHow it moves
Instant Zero4%Trails highest balance or equity (static option at checkout)
Instant Static8%Static
1-Step10%Trails the 5pm EST high of balance or equity
2-Step8%Static
BNPL8% challenge, 6% fundedTrails highest balance or equity

The 2-Step and Instant Static use a true static drawdown. The others trail, and none of the trailing articles says the floor stops at your starting balance.

Floating loss limits

PlanLimit on open lossesPenalty
Instant Static1% (removable for 15% of the account price)1st breach halves your split, 2nd closes the account
BNPL (funded)1%Same
2-Step (funded)2%Same
Instant Zero, 1-StepNone statedn/a

The limit is measured from your current balance, not your starting balance. On a $100,000 Instant Static sitting at $102,000, letting equity fall to $100,900 ($1,100 of open loss) is a breach.

Leverage and fees

Leverage is 1:50 in challenges and 1:30 on funded accounts. The help center doesn't say which applies to the instant accounts, which skip the challenge, so check in the platform. SLF doesn't publish commission rates or spreads in its help center either; it only says commissions count toward the floating loss limits. Each payout carries a fee of 2% or $10, whichever is higher, so a $1,000 payout costs $20 and a $300 payout costs $10.

News, weekends and overnight

News trading isn't allowed on any of the five programs: no opening or closing trades from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a red-folder release. It's a soft breach, so the profit from those trades is deducted at payout rather than the account closing.

SLF's help center doesn't state a rule on holding trades overnight or over the weekend. Ask support before you rely on it.

EAs, copy trading and hedging

  • EAs aren't allowed on any of these five programs. SLF sells a separate EA Challenge that allows them in the challenge phase only.
  • Copy trading of your own trades is allowed. Copying other traders' trades in the same timeframe isn't.
  • VPS and VPN use isn't allowed.
  • Hedging: SLF doesn't address hedging inside one account. Reverse arbitrage between accounts is banned and closes the account.
  • Martingale and averaging into trades are both allowed.

Consistency rules

PlanRule
Instant ZeroNone
Instant StaticBest day under 25% of payout-period profit
1-StepBest day under 50% of total profit (challenge and funded)
2-StepNone
BNPLBest day under 20% of payout-period profit (funded only)

Missing a consistency rule isn't a breach; you keep trading until the numbers work. Example on BNPL: a $1,000 best day means you need $5,000 of total profit before you can request.

Prohibited practices and penalties

  • Tick scalping (trades under 2 minutes): soft breach, profit deducted.
  • High-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, someone else trading your account: hard breach, account closed.
  • Soft breach limits: 20 soft breaches closes the account, and if 50% or more of your trades are soft breaches the payout is declined.
  • Payout denials: the first denial halves your split, the second closes the account.

Minimum activity

Place at least one trade or pending order every 30 days, or the account may be closed as inactive.

Go by the help center, which is the more conservative source on every row.

Fee refund. Program fees aren't refundable. The help center says so directly, and the terms say fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated by SLF.

Identity checks. You have to pass KYC before a funded account is issued, and accounts must be in your legal name. At payout you also onboard with Rise. The terms let SLF ask for identity, tax or payment documents at any stage.

Scaling. There's no scaling plan. Total funding is capped at $400,000 across your active accounts.

Who can sign up

You must be 18 or over. SLF doesn't accept traders from Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia and Syria, or from Crimea and the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Traders from Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam are capped at $50,000 in total funding.

The United States isn't on the restricted list, and the help center doesn't mention any US-specific limits. SLF also refuses anyone on a sanctions list or previously banned for breaching its terms.

Reputation

On Trustpilot, Sure Leverage Funding scores 3.6 out of 5 from 1,374 reviews, checked on 28 October 2026, with 1,014 of those reviews posted in the last 12 months. The split is 60% five-star, 8% four-star, 6% three-star, 3% two-star and 23% one-star. SLF claimed its profile in December 2024, invites customers to leave reviews, and had replied to 70% of negative reviews, typically within a week. See the Trustpilot page.

The positive reviews mention payouts arriving within 24 hours, live human support and a clear dashboard. The negative ones focus on slow MT5 execution and slippage, wide spreads on some instruments such as oil, problems at the KYC stage (including a profile name that couldn't be corrected), and accounts closed or payouts refused after a request. Almost a quarter of all reviews are one-star.

We found no coverage of SLF in Finance Magnates, FX News Group or FinanceFeeds, and no regulator actions.

For payout proof, SLF's payouts page shows its own figures: $4,214,657+ in total rewards, a highest single reward of $26,230, and a best month of $346,837.90. These aren't independently checked.

Mistakes to avoid at Sure Leverage Funding

  1. Ignoring the floating loss rule. On Instant Static and funded BNPL, a $1,000 open loss on a $100,000 account is a breach, even far above your floor. Size so no position, or group of positions, can get there.
  2. Believing the "up to 100%" badge. The help center gives 70% on Instant Zero, 50% rising to 80% on Instant Static, and 80% on BNPL.
  3. Trading from a VPS or through a VPN. Both are banned, and the rule is easy to break by accident.
  4. Holding scalps under 2 minutes. Each one is a soft breach, and 20 of them close the account.
  5. Requesting a payout that gets denied. One denial halves your split. Check consistency, profitable days and soft breaches before you click.
  6. Reading a retired program's rules. The help center still lists old programs. Make sure the article title matches what you bought.

Before you buy: checklist

  • Read the help center article for your exact program, not the plan card.
  • Work out your floating loss limit in dollars and set your maximum position size from it.
  • Check you can pass KYC in your legal name and open a Rise account or receive USDT on TRC-20.
  • Make sure your strategy is manual, trades outside news windows and holds trades for over 2 minutes.
  • Ask support how weekend holding works if you swing trade.
  • Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our Sure Leverage Funding coupon page for how to apply it.

Our verdict

Sure Leverage Funding gives manual traders a lot of ways in, and the 2-Step with a static floor and no consistency rule is a fair product. The Buy Now, Pay Later plan is a genuinely cheap way to test yourself, as long as you know the funded stage is much stricter.

The problems are price and fine print. Per $1,000 of funding, SLF is among the most expensive firms we track, the instant plans start at a 50% or 70% split, and floating-loss limits, profit caps, payout fees and halved splits after a denial all eat into what you keep. The site's "up to 100%" and "$1,000 if we're late" claims don't match the help center. If you go ahead, trade the 2-Step, read your program's article twice, and request a small payout early.
