Glossary · Pay after you pass

What is pay after you pass?

A plan where you pay a small entry fee to start and the main fee only once you pass.

Pay-after-you-pass plans lower the cost of failing: if you don't pass, you've only spent the entry fee. If you do pass, you pay the rest — often more than a normal one-time fee — before the funded account is switched on.

Check the total of both fees, how long you have to pay after passing, and whether the funded account has tighter rules than the standard plan.

Example

A $5 entry plus a $345 fee after passing costs $350 to get a $50K funded account.
