Funded Futures Family Review
Also known as FFF
California-incorporated futures firm with monthly evals, S2F plans and 90% split.
About Funded Futures Family
Funded Futures Family is a futures prop firm founded in 2024, based in United States. It sells 5 programs — Prime, Premier+ (EOD drawdown, FastPass), Velocity, Straight to Funded (S2F Standard) and S2F Payday (50K only) — with accounts from $25K to $150K and prices from $144. You trade on Tradovate, WealthCharts, NinjaTrader and TradingView. Funded traders keep up to 90% of profits, paid on demand by Rise, bank transfer and crypto.
Our verdict
“Suits traders who want a cheap monthly evaluation with no activation fee and who stay within the published consistency and risk-per-trade rules. The recent wave of payout-denial complaints makes it worth reading the all-or-nothing policy before buying.”

What we like
- No activation fee on any plan
- Payout requests are reviewed on submission, and the firm says approved payouts usually arrive within 24 hours via Rise
- Overnight holding is allowed; news trading allowed unless an account's rules say otherwise
- Detailed per-plan rules and restricted-country list in a public help center
Watch out for
- Bots, EAs and algorithmic trading are not permitted
- Policy lets the firm deny payouts and close all accounts for confirmed 'all-or-nothing' trading or account rolling, with no refund
- Positions are closed automatically at 4:45 pm ET; payout caps are modest ($1,000 to $4,000 per request)
Flags we checked
- Rules are published per plan, including funded and payout requirements
- Firm replies publicly to Trustpilot complaints and cites its published rules
- Many recent Trustpilot 1-star reviews describe denied payouts and closed accounts

Full Funded Futures Family review
19 min read · Updated Oct 28, 2026
Funded Futures Family (FFF) is a US futures prop firm run from Temecula, California. You trade equity index, energy and metals futures on Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradingView or WealthCharts, and you keep 90% of what you withdraw from a simulated funded account. None of the four main plans has a daily loss limit, there's no activation fee after you pass, and the fastest evaluations can be passed in a single trading day.
The catch sits in the payout rules. Every funded account has a consistency rule (40%, or 25% on Straight to Funded), each payout is capped, and on some plans you have to earn far more than you're allowed to withdraw in one request. FFF also changes its rules often, and its homepage, help center and terms disagree on several points. This review lays out the real numbers, with dollar examples, so you can see what you'd actually take home.
The short version
- Best for: active intraday futures traders who want a quick evaluation, no daily loss limit and frequent payout requests.
- Not for: swing traders (everything closes at 4:45 pm ET), anyone who runs bots, and traders who make most of their money on one or two big days.
- Biggest strength: payout frequency. You can request every 3 trading days on Prime and every 5 on Premier+, and requests before 5 pm ET are reviewed the same business day.
- Biggest risk: the payout review. FFF checks every account before every payout, and a single confirmed breach of its conduct rules can mean a denied payout and a closed account.
- Our score: 3.4 out of 5. Top marks for payouts, pulled down by weak value at list prices and a track record that only goes back to 2024.
Who runs Funded Futures Family
FFF's FAQ says the firm was founded in 2024. The operator is Funded Futures Family LLC, a California limited liability company, and the FAQ names Manuel Meraz as CEO. The terms and the footer give two different Temecula addresses (32357 Daybrook Terrace and 28780 Single Oak Dr).
The terms have a "Governing Law" heading that refers to California law but only covers chargebacks, and they include a class action waiver. The refund policy page says unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. You must be at least 18.
Every evaluation and funded account is simulated. FFF's footer says it's an e-commerce business, not a broker or futures commission merchant, and that it holds no customer deposits. It also states plainly that most evaluation buyers never receive a payout.
The full rulebook lives in a public help center, with separate articles for each plan's drawdown, consistency and payouts. The footer says the terms and help center win over marketing pages, which matters because the homepage sometimes shows different numbers.
Programs and prices
FFF sells three monthly evaluations (Prime, Premier+ and Velocity) and one one-time account that skips the evaluation (Straight to Funded). Prices below are list prices from the pricing tool on FFF's homepage, checked on 28 October 2026, before any coupon. The site runs near-permanent sales, so the struck-through price you see is usually the list price.
The evaluation fee is a monthly subscription. It renews on the date you signed up until you pass or cancel it yourself. If you blow an evaluation, the account resets at the next billing cycle and the subscription keeps running. After you pass, you have 7 days to activate the funded account or it's closed.
Prime
Prime is FFF's simplest plan. It uses end-of-day drawdown and can be passed in one day.
- One phase, no daily loss limit, no consistency rule during the evaluation.
- Minimum 1 trading day to pass.
- Two versions: Max (more contracts, shown by default) and Standard (fewer contracts, cheaper).
- Funded: same drawdown, 90% split, payouts every 3 trading days, 40% consistency.
| Account | Price (Max) | Price (Standard) | Profit target | Max drawdown | Contracts (Max / Std) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $144 | $129 | $1,250 | $1,000 | 3 / 2 minis |
| $50,000 | $204 | $179 | $3,000 | $2,000 | 5 / 4 minis |
| $100,000 | $319 | $279 | $6,000 | $3,000 | 10 / 6 minis |
| $150,000 | $425 | $365 | $9,000 | $4,500 | 15 / 10 minis |
Resets cost $1 less than the monthly price: $143, $203, $318 and $424 for Max, or $128, $178, $278 and $364 for Standard. Note that the $25,000 target is 5% of the account while the other three are 6%.
Worked example, $50,000 Prime. You start with a floor of $48,000. There's no daily limit, so in theory you could lose $1,900 in one session and still be trading the next morning. Close a day at $51,200 and the floor moves up to $49,200 overnight. Once you close a day at $52,000 or higher, the floor locks at $50,000 for good. You pass at $53,000. On the funded side, the floor starts at $48,000 again and your contract limit begins at 3 minis under the scaling plan, not 5.
Premier+
Premier+ comes in two drawdown styles and two pass speeds, which gives four prices per size.
- One phase, no daily loss limit, target the same for every variant.
- FastPass: 1 minimum trading day. Standard: 2 days. The homepage shows a 50% consistency rule on the Standard pass, while the help center says the evaluation has no consistency rule.
- EOD version: tighter drawdown that trails on closing balances. Intraday version: wider drawdown that trails your open equity in real time.
- Funded: drawdown widens to $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500, payouts every 5 qualifying days, 40% consistency for accounts bought from 9 September 2026.
| Account | EOD FastPass | EOD 2-day | Intraday FastPass | Intraday 2-day | Target | Drawdown (EOD / Intraday) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $144 | $119 | $114 | $89 | $1,500 | $750 / $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $194 | $159 | $154 | $119 | $3,000 | $1,500 / $2,000 |
| $100,000 | $299 | $249 | $229 | $189 | $6,000 | $2,500 / $3,000 |
| $150,000 | $529 | $459 | $319 | $259 | $9,000 | $4,000 / $4,500 |
Contract limits for accounts bought from 9 September 2026 are 2, 4, 6 and 10 minis. Accounts bought earlier kept 3, 5, 10 and 15.
Worked example, $50,000 Premier+ EOD. Your floor starts at $48,500, only $1,500 below the start, and the target is $53,000. That's a 2:1 target-to-drawdown ratio, which is demanding. A close at $51,500 locks the floor at $50,000. Once funded, the drawdown widens to $2,000, so the funded floor starts at $48,000.
Velocity
Velocity has the biggest drawdown in dollars but uses trailing drawdown that follows your open profit during the day.
- One phase, no daily loss limit, minimum 3 trading days to pass.
- 40% consistency rule during the evaluation and on the funded account.
- Optional add-ons: daily payouts with no consistency rule (+$29 / $39 / $59 / $69 by size) and an end-of-day drawdown switch (+$30 / $50 / $80 / $110).
| Account | Price | Profit target | Trailing drawdown | Contracts | Reset |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $179 | $2,500 | $1,250 | 3 minis | $78 |
| $50,000 | $265 | $4,000 | $2,250 | 5 minis | $124 |
| $100,000 | $475 | $7,000 | $3,250 | 10 minis | $224 |
| $150,000 | $675 | $10,000 | $4,750 | 15 minis | $324 |
Velocity's resets are much cheaper than the monthly fee, unlike Prime and Premier+. The help center still describes intraday trailing drawdown as the default, and its drawdown page (dated 11 August 2026) doesn't describe a lock level.
Worked example, $50,000 Velocity. The floor starts at $47,750. Say a long trade runs to $50,900 in open profit and then comes back to break even. Your floor has already moved to $48,650, even though you banked nothing. You need $54,000 to pass, over at least 3 days, and no single day can be more than 40% of your profit. With $4,000 of profit, your best day can't top $1,600.
Straight to Funded (S2F)
S2F skips the evaluation. You pay once and start on a simulated funded account.
- No profit target to qualify, end-of-day drawdown, no daily loss limit.
- No resets. Blow it and you buy a new one.
- Payouts need 7 trading days of at least $200 profit each and a 25% consistency rule. FFF's homepage card says 45%; the help center and the pricing tool say 25%.
- Maximum 5 active funded accounts per household.
| Account | Price (one time) | Max drawdown | Contracts | Profit needed for payout 1 | Payout 1 cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $329 | $1,000 | 1 mini | $1,500 | $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $649 | $2,000 | 5 minis | $3,000 | $2,000 |
| $100,000 | $629 | $3,000 | 10 minis | $6,000 | $2,500 |
| $150,000 | $734 | $4,500 | 15 minis | $9,000 | $3,000 |
Yes, the $50,000 account costs $20 more than the $100,000 one on FFF's own pricing tool, which makes the bigger account the obvious pick.
Worked example, $100,000 S2F. Your floor is $97,000 and locks at $100,000 once you close a day at $103,000. For a first payout you need $6,000 in profit over at least 7 days of $200 or more, and with $6,000 of profit your best day can't exceed $1,500. The most you can then withdraw is $2,500, of which your 90% share is $2,250. Your balance drops to $103,500 against a $100,000 floor.
FFF also sells invite-only plans, a $2,000 Base plan and a 50K S2F Payday at $699.99. We haven't covered those here.
Which Funded Futures Family plan should you pick?
Prime is the most balanced plan. End-of-day drawdown, no evaluation consistency rule, a one-day pass and the fastest payout cycle (every 3 trading days). The Standard version is the better deal unless you really need the extra contracts.
Premier+ EOD has the tightest drawdown at FFF ($1,500 on a $50,000 account against a $3,000 target), so treat it as a plan for traders with tight stops. The intraday version is cheaper and gives you more room in dollars, but the floor follows your open profit, which punishes trades that run and then reverse.
Velocity is the hardest to get paid on. You need $3,000 of fresh profit between payouts on a $50,000 account and can only withdraw $1,250 each time ($1,000 with the daily add-on).
S2F costs more up front but has no monthly bill. It suits traders who are confident they can be steady for 7 days, because the 25% consistency rule is the strictest at FFF.
Measured by cost per $1,000 of funding at list price, the cheapest option is the $150,000 Premier+ intraday 2-day pass at $259, about $1.73 per $1K. The cheapest Prime is the $150,000 Standard at $365 ($2.43 per $1K). For value with end-of-day drawdown, we like the $100,000 Prime Standard at $279 ($2.79 per $1K): $3,000 of EOD room against a $6,000 target. Remember these are monthly prices, so a two-month attempt costs double.
Trading rules in practice
Drawdown and the trading day
FFF uses two kinds of trailing drawdown, and none of its main plans uses a static floor.
| Plan | Drawdown type | When it stops trailing |
|---|---|---|
| Prime | End of day | Locks at the starting balance once a close reaches start + drawdown |
| Premier+ EOD | End of day | Locks at the starting balance |
| Premier+ intraday | Intraday (open equity) | Lock not described |
| Velocity | Intraday (open equity) | Lock not described |
| S2F | End of day | Locks at the starting balance |
The drawdown never resets after a payout. A withdrawal lowers your balance but not your floor, so your cushion shrinks each time you get paid.
There is no daily loss limit on Prime, Premier+, Velocity or S2F. The trading day ends at 4:45 pm ET, when every open position is closed automatically, and trading reopens at 6:00 pm ET. End-of-day drawdown is calculated from your balance after that close.
Contract limits and the scaling plan
FFF doesn't quote leverage. It caps how many contracts you can hold, and 10 micros count as 1 mini. On funded Prime and Premier+ accounts, a scaling plan starts you lower and raises the cap as you build profit. Limits update once at the end of each session.
| Funded profit | $25,000 | $50,000 | $100,000 | $150,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $0 to $999 | 1 mini | 3 minis | 4 minis | 5 minis |
| $1,000 to $1,499 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| $1,500 to $1,999 | 2 | 4 | 6 | 7 |
| $2,000 to $2,999 | 3 | 5 | 7 | 10 |
| $3,000 to $4,499 | 3 | 5 | 10 | 12 |
| $4,500 and up | 3 | 5 | 10 | 15 |
The Premier+ scaling page is dated 11 August 2026 and still tops out at the old limits. For Premier+ accounts bought from 9 September 2026, the funded page caps you at 2, 4, 6 and 10 minis, so plan on the lower number.
Commissions and fees
FFF doesn't publish commission rates. The account fees page lists only the subscription, resets and the S2F fee, so we can't give you a round-trip cost from FFF's own documents. Ask support what your platform charges per contract before you size up.
Resets are unlimited on evaluations, up to 3 on funded accounts, and not available on S2F. Buying more than 3 resets in 24 hours can get your purchases paused.
News, overnight and weekends
News trading is allowed. The news policy says you don't have to flatten around CPI, FOMC or jobs reports unless your specific plan says otherwise. Expect slippage on those releases, and FFF says it isn't responsible for fills in fast markets.
You can trade the overnight session after 6:00 pm ET, but you can't carry a position through the 4:45 pm ET close. That rules out weekend holds and multi-day swing trades.
Bots, copiers and hedging
- Bots and algorithms are banned. That includes expert advisors and automated order entry.
- Copy trading between your own accounts is allowed. Copiers tied to someone else's account, and signal groups that sync trades, are not.
- Hedging across accounts is banned, including a mini against its micro, or offsetting correlated markets.
- VPS: the bots page (dated 8 September 2026) says VPNs and VPSs are fine, but the newer prohibited conduct page bans VPS, proxy and bot hosts and allows only personal VPNs. Follow the stricter one.
Consistency rules
| Plan | Evaluation | Funded |
|---|---|---|
| Prime | None | 40% |
| Premier+ | None (homepage shows 50% on the 2-day pass) | 40% (bought from 9 Sep 2026) |
| Velocity | 40% | 40% (none with daily payout add-on) |
| S2F | n/a | 25% |
The consistency rule means your best day can't be more than that share of your profit when you request a payout. The help center says it resets after each approved payout. The homepage pricing cards call the Prime and Velocity version "lifetime" consistency. We'd go with the help center, which FFF says takes priority, but keep your days even in case.
Conduct rules that catch people
- All-or-nothing trades: any single trade that wins or loses 80% or more of your loss limit. On a $2,000 drawdown that's $1,600. One isn't a breach by itself, but a repeated pattern goes to Compliance.
- Micro-scalping: more than 50% of your trades and more than 50% of your profit must come from positions held longer than 10 seconds.
- Price limits: no trading within 2% of a contract's CME price limit.
Minimum activity
Each account needs at least one trade lasting 10 seconds or more in every Monday to Friday week. Miss a full week and the system closes the account for good, so tell support before a holiday.
How payouts work
All simulated funded accounts pay a 90% split. Payouts go through Rise, by bank transfer or crypto. Requests made before 5:00 pm ET on a business day are reviewed the same day, and reviews only run on weekdays. Trading days for the next payout start counting the day after your request.
| Plan | How often | Profit needed per payout | Max per payout |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prime | Every 3 trading days with $200+ profit | $300 / $500 / $750 / $1,000 | First: $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $3,500. Then: $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,000 |
| Premier+ | Every 5 qualifying days ($200+) | After payout 1: $1 net profit since the last one | 50% of profit, up to $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 |
| Velocity | Every 3 trading days ($200+), or daily with add-on | $1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 | $750 / $1,250 / $2,250 / $3,250 (add-on: $600 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,500) |
| S2F | 7 trading days ($200+) | First: $1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000. Then: $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 | $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 for payouts 1 to 3 |
Figures run $25,000 / $50,000 / $100,000 / $150,000.
The Prime buffer. Prime adds a payout buffer equal to the drawdown plus $100. On a $50,000 account you can only withdraw what's above $52,100. Make $2,000 and you can't withdraw anything yet. Make $3,000 over four days with a best day of $900 (30%) and you can withdraw $900, of which you keep $810.
The Premier+ floor jump. When you request your first Premier+ payout, the floor rises to the starting balance. On a $50,000 account with $3,000 of profit, you can withdraw 50%, or $1,500, and keep $1,350. You're left at $51,500 with a $50,000 floor, so $1,500 of room.
Here's how FFF's own documents describe payout timing and refunds:
| Topic | Homepage and FAQ | Help center | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payout speed | "24 hrs or less" | Reviewed same day before 5 pm ET, then 1 to 3 business days via Rise (crypto same day to 24 hours) | Not specified |
| Fee refund | Not mentioned | First-ever account only, no trades placed, within 14 days | All fees non-refundable |
| Funded consistency (Prime, Velocity) | "Lifetime" | Resets after each payout | Not covered |
| Total paid to traders | "More than $24 million" and "more than 29 million" in different answers | Not covered | Not covered |
Plan for 1 to 3 business days after approval. Before your first payout you sign a contract with FFF through Rise.
Identity checks. Every payout is checked against KYC done through Rise. The person being paid must be the person trading. FFF also reviews each request against its prohibited conduct list, and if a review needs more time you get an answer within 5 business days. You can appeal once, within 7 days, and the second decision is final.
Fee refund. There's no refund of the evaluation fee when you pass or get paid.
Scaling and live trading. Beyond the contract scaling plan, there's no account size increase. After 3 approved payouts or $10,000 paid, FFF may move you to the Professional Stage (80% split, $250 minimum withdrawal), and from there to a Live Stage account on Rithmic that starts at 1 mini with a daily loss limit. Traders who fail those stages can't return to regular evaluations.
Who can sign up
FFF is a US company and US residents can sign up. Its restricted countries page bars residents of 40 countries and regions: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mauritius, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine (including Crimea and the occupied regions), Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen and Zimbabwe. Entities identified as Chinese military companies are also excluded.
The FAQ says Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Kenya and Myanmar were removed from the list on 1 September 2026. Some countries not on the list may be limited to simulated funded accounts and never reach live trading.
The household limit is 5 simulated funded accounts and 1 live funded account. You'll pass identity checks with Rise when you request a payout, so make sure your documents match your FFF account name.
Reputation
On Trustpilot, Funded Futures Family scores 4.4 out of 5 from 3,874 reviews, checked on 28 October 2026, with 2,946 of those posted in the past 12 months. 86% of reviews give five stars and 10% give one star, with very few in between. FFF claimed its profile in December 2024, pays for a Trustpilot subscription, invites customers to leave reviews, and had replied to 97% of negative reviews, usually within 24 hours. See the Trustpilot page. FFF's homepage still quotes 4.6 stars from 2,900+ reviews, which doesn't match the live profile.
The positive reviews mostly mention fast payouts, frequent promotions, a clear dashboard and helpful support staff. The negative ones cluster around payout denials citing the all-or-nothing or account rolling rules, accounts closed for alleged account sharing or idle time, and breaches that reviewers say were only raised once they asked to be paid. That fits the documents: FFF checks every account at payout time, and its conduct rules leave room for judgment.
We found no coverage of FFF on Finance Magnates, FX News Group or FinanceFeeds, and no regulator actions. The FAQ claims more than $24 million paid in one answer and more than 29 million in another. We couldn't verify either.

- Top One Futures: worth a look if you want BlackArrow.

- Finotive Futures: worth a look if you want Quantower or DeepCharts.
Mistakes to avoid at Funded Futures Family
- Taking one big swing for the target. A single trade that wins or loses 80% of your loss limit counts as all-or-nothing. On a $50,000 Prime that's $1,600. Do it repeatedly and you risk a denied payout and a closed account.
- Sizing to the evaluation limit on day one of funded. A $50,000 Prime Max lets you trade 5 minis in the evaluation, but the funded scaling plan starts you at 3 and only allows 5 once you're $2,000 up.
- Forgetting the buffer and caps. On Prime the first $2,100 of a $50,000 account's profit can't be withdrawn. On Velocity you need $3,000 of new profit to withdraw $1,250.
- Leaving an account idle. No 10-second trade in a Monday to Friday week, and the account is closed with no way back.
- Holding into 4:45 pm ET. Positions are flattened automatically. Close on your own terms before then.
- Letting a failed evaluation renew. A blown account resets at the next billing date and you're charged again unless you cancel in the dashboard.
Before you buy: checklist
- Decide between EOD and intraday drawdown before you look at price. The cheapest plans trail your open equity.
- Check the checkout price against the tables above. The homepage card text and help center don't always match.
- Read the prohibited trading conduct page in full, including all-or-nothing trading and account rolling.
- Work out your payout math: buffer, profit needed per payout, and the cap for your size.
- Ask support about commissions on your platform.
- Set a reminder to cancel the subscription if you stop using an evaluation.
- Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our Funded Futures Family coupon page for how to apply it.
Our verdict
Funded Futures Family is a reasonable pick for disciplined intraday futures traders who want to pass fast and get paid often. Prime, with end-of-day drawdown, a one-day pass and payouts every 3 trading days, is the plan we'd start with, and the lack of a daily loss limit gives you real room on a bad morning.
The trade-off is a dense rulebook enforced at payout time, monthly fees that add up if you don't pass quickly, and documents that don't always agree. Read your plan's help center articles before you pay, keep your daily results even, and treat the stricter version of every rule as the real one.

Reported payout problems
October 2026 · Trustpilot reviews
On Trustpilot, at least 11 of the 20 most recent 1-star reviews (posted 25-28 Oct 2026) say payout requests were denied or accounts closed around a payout request, several citing the firm's 'all-or-nothing' rule, and one says an approved $500 payout never arrived through Rise. The firm replied that payout decisions follow its published terms, trading rules and compliance reviews and that it does not close accounts simply because a payout is requested.
