On Trustpilot, 5 one-star reviews dated 2026-08-01 to 2026-09-12 say payouts were denied, held about 10 days for a video interview, or cut (for example from $500 to $99) after profits from news-window or over-limit trades were removed. The firm replied that payouts were reduced under its news-window and contract-limit rules, that one payout was released ($1,044.66) after the interview, and that one denial followed a failed check on third-party account use. These are a small share of about 3,000 reviews in the last 12 months and are unverified.
