Tradeify is a US futures prop firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. You trade CME futures (equity indices, energy, metals, currencies, interest rates and grains) through Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradingView, Rithmic-based platforms such as Tradesea, or WealthCharts. There are three ways in: the Growth and Select one-phase evaluations, and Lightning, which puts you on a funded account the moment you pay. Every funded account keeps 90% of withdrawn profit.
The headline numbers are good. A $25,000 Growth evaluation costs $99 one time, every plan uses end-of-day trailing drawdown, there are no activation fees, and the Select Daily path lets you ask for money every day once you clear a buffer. The catch sits in the payout rules: caps on every request, winning-day counts, consistency rules that change by plan, a hedging ban that reaches into your accounts at other firms, and a hard rule that you must be flat by 4:45pm ET. Tradeify's own pages also disagree with each other on several numbers. This review goes through all of it with dollar examples.
The short version
- Best for: futures day traders who want end-of-day drawdown, frequent payouts and a cheap one-time fee, and who never need to hold past the close.
- Not for: swing traders, anyone who runs opposite positions across accounts or firms, and traders who want any chance of a refund.
- Biggest strength: payout flexibility. Select Daily pays out every day once you clear a buffer, and Select Flex has no daily loss limit and no consistency rule once funded.
- Biggest risk: the fine print on payouts and hedging. Per-request caps keep most of a big month in the account, and one hedging violation can wipe the profits on every account involved.
- Our score: 3.8 out of 5. Payout terms and drawdown rules score well; value is average and the public track record is short.
Who runs Tradeify
The company you contract with is Tradeify Holdings, Corp., at 1700 S. Dixie Highway, Suite 305, Boca Raton, Florida. Its Funded Trader Agreement is governed by Florida law, and disputes go to binding arbitration in Florida under American Arbitration Association rules. The website doesn't give a founding year. In a Finance Magnates interview published 7 July 2026, the co-founders said they launched Tradeify in 2024.
Two related companies appear in the site footer. Tradeify Brokerage LLC, trading as Slay Markets, is described as a CFTC-registered introducing broker and NFA member (NFA ID 0575972). Novaflame LTD, registered in Limassol, Cyprus, processes payments for Tradeify. The prop firm itself is not a broker: the agreement says the company doesn't hold a broker-dealer license and that the money in your trading account is demo funds.
Evaluations and funded accounts are simulated. Tradeify can move you to Tradeify Elite Live, a live account set up through NinjaTrader and GFF Brokers. It usually looks at traders with 3 approved payouts on one account or 10 in total, but the agreement says those are internal guidelines, not a right. Tradeify's own disclosure for August 2025 to July 2026 says 3.0% of funded traders were called up to a live account.
The rulebook lives in the Tradeify help center. The agreement makes those rules binding and says the help center wins on trading rules if the two disagree. That matters, because the homepage and older blog posts still carry outdated figures.
Programs and prices
Prices below are list prices from Tradeify's pricing data and its help-center pricing reference, checked on 28 October 2026, before any code. Every plan is a one-time fee; Tradeify dropped monthly subscriptions in its "Tradeify 3.0" update. The platform you pick at checkout (Tradovate, Rithmic or WealthCharts) doesn't change the price.
Growth
Growth is the fast evaluation: you can pass in a single day.
- Hit a 6% profit target. Minimum 1 trading day, no time limit, no consistency rule in the evaluation.
- A soft daily loss limit: hit it and trading pauses until the next session, but the account survives.
- End-of-day trailing max drawdown, checked in real time.
- Funded: 35% consistency rule, 5 profitable days per payout, 90% split.
| Account | Price | Target | Max drawdown | Daily loss limit | Max contracts | Reset |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $99 | $1,500 | $1,000 | $600 | 1 mini / 10 micros | $60 |
| $50,000 | $145 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $1,250 | 4 minis / 40 micros | $95 |
| $100,000 | $255 | $6,000 | $3,500 | $2,500 | 8 minis / 80 micros | $169 |
| $150,000 | $369 | $9,000 | $5,000 | $3,750 | 12 minis / 120 micros | $229 |
Note that the drawdown isn't a flat 4%: it's $3,500 on the $100,000 account and $5,000 on the $150,000.
Worked example, $50,000 Growth. Your floor starts at $48,000 and you pass at $53,000. You can lose $1,250 in a day before trading pauses. Close day one at $51,200 and the floor moves up to $49,200, and it stays there even if you give some back the next day. The floor is checked live against your balance plus open P&L, so if a losing trade drags you to $49,200 at 11am, the account fails even if price recovers by the close.
Select
Select is the slower evaluation with the friendlier funded stage.
- Hit a 6% target with a 40% consistency rule: no single day can be more than 40% of your total profit. That forces at least 3 trading days.
- No daily loss limit during the evaluation.
- After passing you choose Select Flex or Select Daily for that account, permanently.
- No consistency rule once funded, on either path.
- An optional add-on raises the consistency limit to 50%, so you can pass in 2 days.
| Account | Price | With 50% add-on | Target | Max drawdown | Max contracts | Reset |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $109 | $135 | $1,500 | $1,000 | 1 mini / 10 micros | $75 |
| $50,000 | $165 | $205 | $3,000 | $2,000 | 4 minis / 40 micros | $109 |
| $100,000 | $265 | $329 | $6,000 | $3,000 | 8 minis / 80 micros | $169 |
| $150,000 | $369 | $459 | $9,000 | $4,500 | 12 minis / 120 micros | $239 |
Resets on the 50% add-on version cost $90, $135, $209 and $299. You can reset each evaluation up to 10 times in 30 days and buy at most 15 Select evaluations in 30 days.
Here's how the two funded paths compare (sizes run 25K / 50K / 100K / 150K):
| Select Flex | Select Daily | |
|---|---|---|
| Payout timing | Every 5 winning days ($100 / $150 / $200 / $250 a day) | Any day, once above the buffer |
| Daily loss limit | None | $500 / $1,000 / $1,250 / $1,750 |
| Max drawdown | $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 | $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,500 |
| Buffer before payouts | None | $1,100 / $2,100 / $2,600 / $3,600 |
| Cap per payout | 50% of total profit, up to $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500 | 2x profit since last payout, up to $600 / $1,250 / $1,750 / $2,500 |
| Minimum payout | $250 | $250 |
Those caps apply to accounts bought on or after 1 September 2026. Older accounts have different caps, covered in the payouts section.
Worked example, $100,000 Select. Your floor is $97,000, there's no daily limit, and you pass at $106,000. With exactly $6,000 of profit, your best day can be no more than $2,400. Make $3,000 on day one and you now need $7,500 in total profit ($3,000 ÷ 0.40) before you pass, so another $4,500 has to come from other days. Then, if you pick Daily, the drawdown tightens to $2,500 and you need the balance above $102,600 before you can withdraw.
Tradeify also sells a Select $300,000 as a limited release. The current version costs $349 with a $14,000 target, an $8,000 max loss limit and a $4,000 daily loss limit. It needs KYC before purchase, can't be reset, and is limited to 3 purchases per person for life. It wasn't shown in the homepage pricing table when we checked.
Lightning Funded
Lightning skips the evaluation. You're funded on purchase, and each payout has its own profit goal.
- No resets: if the account fails, you buy a new one.
- Consistency rule of 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% after that.
- Minimum payout $1,000.
| Account | Price | Max drawdown | Daily loss limit | 1st payout goal | Later goals | Cap per payout (1-3 / 4+) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $345 | $1,000 | None | $1,500 | $1,000 | $1,000 / $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $492 | $2,000 | $1,250 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $2,000 / $2,500 |
| $100,000 | $660 | $4,000 | $2,500 | $6,000 | $3,500 | $2,500 / $3,000 |
| $150,000 | $796 | $5,250 | $3,000 | $9,000 | $4,500 | $3,000 / $3,500 |
Worked example, $50,000 Lightning. Your floor starts at $48,000 and you can lose $1,250 a day (the limit rises to $2,000 from the next session once your balance reaches $53,000). For the first payout you need $3,000 of profit, and no day can exceed 20% of it, so $600 at most if you stop at exactly $3,000. That means at least 5 green days. You can then withdraw up to $2,000 and keep $1,800. Your balance drops to $51,000, and since the floor locks at $50,100 when you request a payout, you're left with $900 of room.
Lightning is expensive for what you get. The $25,000 Lightning costs $345, about 3.5 times the $99 Growth evaluation of the same size, and you can only ever withdraw $1,000 at a time from it.
Prices on other Tradeify pages. The pages don't all match. The standalone Select plan page still showed older prices ($111, $181 and $251 for the 50K, 100K and 150K, labelled "per month") and placeholder text when we checked, the homepage cards showed "Lorem ipsum" in place of targets, and blog posts quote a Growth 50K at "around $97" and a 50K Lightning at $356. Trust the help center and your checkout total.
Which Tradeify plan should you pick?
Pick Growth if you want to pass quickly and your style produces uneven days. No consistency rule in the evaluation means one big session can pass you. The trade-off comes later: a 35% consistency rule, 5 profitable days per payout and per-request caps that start low ($1,500 on a 50K).
Pick Select if payouts matter more to you than passing speed. You'll need at least 3 days to pass, but once funded there's no consistency rule at all. Choose Flex if you like fewer, larger withdrawals and want no daily loss limit. Choose Daily if you scalp the same way every day and want cash flow, and accept the buffer, the daily limit and a tighter drawdown on the 100K and 150K.
Pick Lightning only if your time is worth more than the price gap. You pay $492 for a 50K that would cost $145 as a Growth evaluation, then face the strictest payout rules Tradeify has.
On cost per $1,000 of funding, the cheapest regular options are the $150,000 Growth and $150,000 Select, both $369, or $2.46 per $1K. The limited Select 300K works out to about $1.16 per $1K, but you can buy only 3 for life and can't reset it. For most traders the best value is the Select $150,000: same price as the Growth 150K, no daily loss limit while you're being tested, and no consistency rule once funded.
Trading rules in practice
Drawdown and the daily reset
Every Tradeify account uses end-of-day trailing drawdown. The floor only moves at the daily reconciliation, between 5pm and 6pm ET, and only upward. But it's enforced in real time against your net liquidation value, so an open loss can fail the account mid-session.
On funded accounts (not evaluations), the floor locks once your end-of-day balance passes your starting balance plus the drawdown plus $100, or the moment you request a payout, whichever comes first. After that it sits at $100 above your starting balance for good.
| Size | Growth | Lightning | Select Flex | Select Daily |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $26,100 | $26,100 | $26,100 | $26,100 |
| $50,000 | $52,100 | $52,100 | $52,100 | $52,100 |
| $100,000 | $103,600 | $104,100 | $103,100 | $102,600 |
| $150,000 | $155,100 | $155,350 | $154,600 | $153,600 |
End-of-day balance needed to lock the floor.
The trading day runs from 6pm ET to 5pm ET, and the daily loss limit resets at 6pm ET. Trades at 1am and 7pm on the same calendar day count as two trading days.
Fees and contract limits
Tradeify charges no platform fee and no activation fee, but every trade pays a round-trip commission per contract: $5.76 for ES or NQ, $1.82 for MES or MNQ, $5.98 for crude oil (CL) and $6.20 for gold (GC). Trade 4 ES contracts in and out five times in a day and you pay 20 × $5.76 = $115.20, about 9% of the $1,250 daily limit on a 50K Growth. Micros cost more per unit of exposure: 10 MES cost $18.20 against $5.76 for one ES.
Market data is free if you sign the non-professional agreement on your first Tradovate login. Skip it and you may be billed $300 a month for professional data. Free TradingView accounts show data delayed by about 5 seconds; paid plans start at $12.95 a month.
There's no leverage number as such. Your size is capped by contracts instead (see the tables above), with 10 micros counting as 1 mini. Since August 2026 you can hold minis and micros together within that cap.
News, overnight and weekends
Tradeify has no news rule. Its news policy says you can trade releases at your own risk, and warns against relying on the daily loss limit during spikes.
Holding is where it gets strict. Every position must be closed by 4:45pm ET (12:59pm on holiday half-days). Anything left open is closed for you, which doesn't fail the account but can give you a poor fill. You can hold through the night within one session, say from 8pm Monday to 2pm Tuesday, but never through the daily close or over a weekend.
Bots, copy trading and hedging
Bots are allowed if you own the strategy outright, don't share it with anyone or use it at other firms, and it isn't high-frequency. Tradeify says it may ask for a live video of you starting the code on your own computer.
Copying your own trades across your own Tradeify accounts is fine, as long as every account is on the same side. Copying anyone else, account management by a third party and group trading are banned.
Hedging is where traders get caught. You can't hold a long and a short at the same time in the same product, or in two products from the same "Product Group", in one account, across your accounts, or between a Tradeify account and an account at another prop firm. Long ES on one account and short NQ on another is a violation, because both are equity index products. Long ES with short crude is fine. The penalty: every account involved is put in violation status and loses the profits made during the violation, with a possible permanent ban.
Consistency rules
| Plan | Evaluation | Funded |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | None | 35% |
| Select | 40% (50% with add-on) | None |
| Lightning | No evaluation | 20%, then 25%, then 30% |
A consistency rule here means your best day divided by your total profit must not be above the limit. Breaking it doesn't fail you; it just delays the pass or payout until more profit dilutes the big day. One warning: the standalone Select page describes 40% consistency as being profitable on 40% of your trading days. The help center's definition (best day no more than 40% of total profit) is the one that applies.
Activity, scalping and account limits
- Inactivity: at least one trade per week on every evaluation and funded account.
- Microscalping (funded only): more than 50% of your trades, and more than 50% of your profit, must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds. Miss it and you can't request a payout.
- Account limits: 5 funded accounts per person and per household across all plans (the Select 300K can take you to 8). Only one Tradeify login per person.
- Contract months: trade the active contract. Trading expired or illiquid months for stale prices can get trades voided.
- Select funded scaling: Select funded accounts start with fewer contracts and scale up with end-of-day profit.
| Profit reached | 25K | 50K | 100K | 150K |

How payouts work
The split is 90% on every simulated funded account. Elite Live accounts pay 80%. Withdrawals go through Rise by default, or Plane if Rise isn't available in your country; from Rise you can cash out to a bank or crypto. PayPal isn't supported.
Requests open after the end-of-day process, so after 6pm ET on the day you qualify. Only one request can be open per account, it can't be cancelled once sent, and from your second payout on you must be net positive for the current cycle. Tradeify's help center says approved payouts are usually sent within 24 hours, or up to 72 hours outside business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm ET).
Growth payout rules. You need 5 days with at least $100, $150, $200 or $250 profit (by size), the 35% consistency rule, and a minimum balance of $26,500, $53,000, $104,500 or $156,500. The minimum request is $250, $500, $1,000 or $1,500.
| Payout | $25K | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $1,000 | $1,500 | $2,000 | $2,500 |
| 2 | $1,000 | $2,000 | $2,500 | $3,000 |
| 3 | $1,000 | $2,500 | $3,000 | $4,000 |
| 4 and later | $1,000 | $3,000 | $4,000 | $5,000 |
Maximum per Growth request, accounts bought after 12 September 2025.
On a $50,000 Growth account at the $53,000 minimum, your first request can be $1,500. That leaves $51,500 against a locked floor of $50,100, so $1,400 of room.
What each Tradeify document says. Tradeify's pages disagree on several payout points, so here's the comparison:
| Topic | Homepage and plan pages | Help center | Agreement and blog |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payment speed | Paid in minutes; one-hour payouts advertised | Within 24 hours of approval, up to 72 hours outside business hours | Agreement: 24 to 48 hours, up to 72; Tradeify may take until the end of the next cycle to approve |
| Select Flex cap, 50K | $2,500 | $2,500 (bought from 1 September 2026); $3,000 before | Blog: $3,000 |
| Select Daily cap, 50K | $1,250 | $1,250 (from 1 September 2026); $1,000 before | Blog: $1,000 |
| Lightning payout timing | Every 5 days | No minimum days; request when goal and consistency are met | Blog: 5-day cadence |
| 10-second scalping rule | Not stated | Over 50% of trades and over 50% of profit | Agreement: 50% or more of profit |
Plan around the stricter figure in each row.
Identity checks. KYC through Sumsub is required before your first payout, then a separate Rise check that asks for a tax ID. Residents of Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and the UAE must pass KYC before they get a funded account, and crypto purchases need KYC at checkout.
Refunds and scaling. All fees are non-refundable, including resets, and crypto payments can't be cancelled. The agreement says a chargeback leads to a permanent ban and forfeited payouts. There's no account-size scaling plan; growth comes from contract scaling on Select, the 5-account limit and, if you're picked, Elite Live, which adds a performance reward pool of up to $18,000 per $150,000 account.
Who can sign up
US residents can trade with Tradeify. The help center lists 65 restricted jurisdictions, based on where you live rather than where you travel. The list includes Israel, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Morocco, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, Panama, the Bahamas, Iceland and Crimea, among others. Read the full restricted-country list before paying.
Some countries can buy evaluations but can't move to Elite Live, so traders there stay on simulated funded accounts. Cards must be in your own name; crypto is accepted through Confirmo.
Reputation
On Trustpilot, Tradeify (listed as "Tradeify Funding") scores 4.5 out of 5 from 6,253 reviews, checked on 28 October 2026. 85% of reviews give five stars and 9% give one star. The profile was claimed in September 2024, Tradeify pays for a Trustpilot subscription, and it had replied to 97% of negative reviews, usually within a week. See the Trustpilot page. Tradeify's homepage shows a 4.8 Trustpilot badge, higher than the live score.
The positive reviews mostly mention fast payouts, quick support and simple activation after passing. The one-star reviews we read mostly involve account closures or bans, often tied to multiple accounts, shared access, virtual machines or trade copiers; KYC rejections; refund requests; and payouts paused for review. Tradeify's replies often point to an information request or a rule finding the reviewer disputes.
Tradeify publishes its own numbers. For August 2025 to July 2026 it says 17.2% of evaluation accounts passed, 40.3% of people who bought evaluations reached funded status at least once, 28.5% of funded traders received a payout and 3.0% were called to live. Its marketing claims differ on the total paid out: the homepage says over $350 million, a blog post says over $200 million.
We searched Finance Magnates, FX News Group and FinanceFeeds and found business coverage (interviews, platform news, sponsorships) but no regulator actions.

- Lucid Trading: worth a look if you want cheaper funding ($1.91 vs $2.46 per $1K), on demand payouts and MotiveWave or Jigsaw.
- TradeDay: worth a look if you want on demand payouts and Jigsaw or Bookmap.
- Bulenox: worth a look if you want Bookmap or MultiCharts.
Mistakes to avoid at Tradeify
- Holding past 4:45pm ET. Positions are force-closed at the bell, often at a bad price. Set an alarm for 4:30pm.
- Hedging across firms. Long NQ at Tradeify while short ES at another prop firm counts as a violation. Keep every account pointed the same way.
- Using the daily loss limit as a stop. It's a soft limit that can overshoot, and after a strong day the trailing floor may be closer than the daily limit.
- Picking Flex or Daily on a whim. The choice is permanent for that account. Work out whether your typical week clears 5 winning days or a daily buffer before you click.
- A big first day on Lightning. With a 20% consistency rule, one $1,500 day means you need $7,500 of profit before your first payout.
- Scalping under 10 seconds on a funded account. It's fine in the evaluation, but on funded accounts it can block your payout.
Before you buy: checklist
- Check your country against the restricted list and, if you're in one of the ten countries listed above, do KYC before you pay.
- Confirm the checkout price against the help-center pricing page, not the older plan pages.
- Make sure your strategy is flat by 4:45pm ET every day.
- Decide between Select Flex and Select Daily before you pass, not after.
- If you trade at other prop firms, check you never hold opposite positions in related products.
- Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our Tradeify coupon page for how to apply it.
Our verdict
Tradeify is a good fit for disciplined futures day traders who want end-of-day drawdown and real payout choice. The Select plan in particular, with no daily limit in the evaluation and no consistency rule once funded, is one of the more trader-friendly structures we've seen.
The weak spots are value against the cheapest rivals, per-request caps that keep big months locked in the account, and a hedging rule broad enough to catch traders who never meant to hedge. Read the help center, not the homepage, and assume the stricter number wherever Tradeify's pages disagree.
