WSFunded, short for Wall Street Funded, is a forex and CFD prop firm with a Spanish-first website and offices registered in Dubai and Saint Lucia. You trade forex, metals, commodities, indices, crypto and (on MT5 and Match-Trader) stocks on MT5, cTrader or Match-Trader. We cover the five main programs: the Rapid one-step, the Classic, Ultra and Elite New two-steps, and Instant Pro. All of them pay 80% of profits.
The appeal is low entry prices, weekend holding with no add-on, EAs on the evaluation plans and static drawdown on everything except Instant. The catch is the rulebook. Every trade needs a stop loss within two minutes, no single "trading idea" can risk more than half your daily limit, and on a funded account a single breach of either rule can cancel your payout and the account. The website's pricing tables also disagree with each other. This review goes through the plans with dollar examples and flags every rule that can cost you money.
The short version
- Best for: swing and intraday forex traders who always trade with a stop loss and size each idea modestly.
- Not for: news traders on funded accounts, copy traders, scalpers who hold trades for under a minute, and anyone who wants to run an EA on an instant account.
- Biggest strength: the Ultra two-step, with a 10% static drawdown and the lowest cost per $1,000 of any plan we track at this firm.
- Biggest risk: soft breaches on funded accounts. One missing stop loss or one oversized trading idea can wipe out a payout and the account with it.
- Our score: 2.7 out of 5. List prices are high for an 80% split, payouts run on a fixed 10-day cycle, and the rules leave little room for error, though static drawdown and weekend holding help.
Who runs WSFunded
The website footer names three companies:
- WSF Technology FZCO, at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, operating under licence number 47001. The footer says it is not a broker and not a regulated financial entity.
- WSFmarkets Ltd, incorporated in Saint Lucia with registration number 2025-00117, which offers the accounts.
- RENATICA LTD, in Limassol, Cyprus, which handles payment operations.
Finance Magnates reported on 26 March 2025 that the firm had set up its own broker entity in Saint Lucia, then called WSFunded Ltd with the same registration number, so it could offer MetaTrader 5 again after losing MT5 access in early 2024. The homepage quotes Albert Suriol as co-founder. WSFunded doesn't publish a founding year.
The terms and conditions are written for "WSFmarkets" and say they are governed by the laws of the country where the owner has its registered office, which the footer gives as Saint Lucia. We didn't find an arbitration clause. The terms are also out of date in places: their evaluation section describes a 10% total loss limit for two-phase plans, which doesn't match the Classic's 8%. Every account, evaluation or funded, is simulated: the footer says balances and profits on its platforms are "entirely hypothetical".
The day-to-day rules live in the FAQ, which has a separate rule card for each program. It's the most detailed source, and it's the one we used where pages disagree.
Programs and prices
Prices below are list prices from the English homepage, checked on 28 October 2026, before any code. The site almost always shows a lower sale price next to a crossed-out list price; we use the crossed-out one. The homepage repeats its pricing tables in three blocks that don't fully match. For example, the Rapid $2,500 shows $25 with no crossed-out price in one block and $33 crossed out to $25 in another, and leverage on the Classic and Ultra shows as 1:100 in one block and 1:50 in another. We use the FAQ for leverage.
Rules that apply to all five plans: a stop loss on every trade within two minutes of opening it, and an 80% split. The four evaluation plans also close an account after 30 days of inactivity.
Rapid (1-Step)
- Make 10% without losing 4% in a day or 6% in total. The total limit is static.
- Minimum 4 trading days, no time limit.
- No single trading idea may risk more than 50% of the daily limit, so 2% of the account.
- First payout 30 days after the funded account is activated, then every 10 days. Leverage 1:30 on forex.
| Account | Price | Target | Daily loss | Max loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $25 | $250 | $100 | $150 |
| $5,000 | $69 | $500 | $200 | $300 |
| $10,000 | $105 | $1,000 | $400 | $600 |
| $25,000 | $259 | $2,500 | $1,000 | $1,500 |
| $50,000 | $379 | $5,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 |
| $100,000 | $589 | $10,000 | $4,000 | $6,000 |
Worked example, $10,000 Rapid. Your floor is $9,400 and never moves. On any day you can lose $400, measured from the balance you start the day with (or your equity, if a trade is open). Each trading idea can risk at most $200. To pass you need $11,000 after at least 4 trading days. That's $1,000 to make with $600 of total room, so you need a strategy that wins more than it loses at modest size.
Classic (2-Step)
- Phase 1: make 8%. Phase 2: make 5%.
- 5% daily loss limit and 8% static total limit in both phases.
- Minimum 4 trading days, no time limit, max 50% of the daily limit (2.5%) per trading idea.
- First payout after 15 days, then every 10 days. Leverage 1:100 on forex.
| Account | Price | Phase 1 target | Phase 2 target | Daily loss | Max loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $33 | $200 | $125 | $125 | $200 |
| $5,000 | $59 | $400 | $250 | $250 | $400 |
| $10,000 | $99 | $800 | $500 | $500 | $800 |
| $25,000 | $259 | $2,000 | $1,250 | $1,250 | $2,000 |
| $50,000 | $369 | $4,000 | $2,500 | $2,500 | $4,000 |
| $100,000 | $579 | $8,000 | $5,000 | $5,000 | $8,000 |
Worked example, $50,000 Classic. Your floor is $46,000 in both phases. You can lose $2,500 in a day, and a single idea can risk up to $1,250. Phase 1 ends at $54,000; phase 2 starts fresh and ends at $52,500. Each phase needs at least 4 trading days.
Ultra (2-Step)
- Phase 1: make 10%. Phase 2: make 5%.
- 5% daily loss limit and a 10% static total limit, the widest of WSFunded's plans.
- Minimum 4 trading days, max 2.5% risk per trading idea.
- First payout after 15 days, then every 10 days. Leverage 1:100 on forex.
| Account | Price | Phase 1 target | Phase 2 target | Daily loss | Max loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $33 | $250 | $125 | $125 | $250 |
| $5,000 | $59 | $500 | $250 | $250 | $500 |
| $10,000 | $89 | $1,000 | $500 | $500 | $1,000 |
| $25,000 | $209 | $2,500 | $1,250 | $1,250 | $2,500 |
| $50,000 | $349 | $5,000 | $2,500 | $2,500 | $5,000 |
| $100,000 | $559 | $10,000 | $5,000 | $5,000 | $10,000 |
Worked example, $25,000 Ultra. Your floor is $22,500. The daily limit is $1,250 and each idea can risk up to $625. Phase 1 needs $27,500 and phase 2 needs $26,250. Compared with the Classic $25,000, you get $500 more total room and pay $50 less, in exchange for a 2% higher phase 1 target.
Elite New (2-Step)
- Phase 1: make 6%. Phase 2: make 6%.
- No daily loss limit. The only limit is a 6% static total loss.
- Max risk 2.5% per trade, minimum 4 trading days.
- First payout after 30 days, then every 10 days. Leverage 1:50 on forex.
| Account | Price | Phase 1 target | Phase 2 target | Max loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $39 | $150 | $150 | $150 |
| $5,000 | $59 | $300 | $300 | $300 |
| $10,000 | $109 | $600 | $600 | $600 |
| $25,000 | $229 | $1,500 | $1,500 | $1,500 |
| $50,000 | $339 | $3,000 | $3,000 | $3,000 |
| $100,000 | $629 | $6,000 | $6,000 | $6,000 |
Worked example, $100,000 Elite New. Your floor is $94,000 and there's no daily limit, so a bad day only ends the account if it reaches the floor. Each trade can risk at most $2,500, so two full losses leave you only $1,000 above the floor. You need $106,000 to pass each phase. The targets are the lowest on the site, but the target and the total loss are the same size, so the plan rewards traders with a high win rate.
Instant Pro
Instant Pro skips the evaluation. You trade a funded account from day one, under tighter rules.
- 3% daily loss limit, measured from your starting balance, and a 5% trailing total limit that follows your highest balance.
- The breach line never locks, even after a withdrawal.
- No more than 1% of the starting balance at risk per trading idea.
- 15% consistency rule: your best day must be no more than 15% of total profit before you can withdraw.
- At least 4 profitable days of 0.5% or more before each payout.
- No EAs or cBots. First payout after 15 days, then every 10 days. Leverage 1:50 on forex in the FAQ (two homepage blocks say 1:30).
| Account | Price | Daily loss | Max loss (trailing) | Max risk per idea |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $60 | $75 | $125 | $25 |
| $5,000 | $85 | $150 | $250 | $50 |
| $10,000 | $115 | $300 | $500 | $100 |
| $25,000 | $232 | $750 | $1,250 | $250 |
| $50,000 | $345 | $1,500 | $2,500 | $500 |
| $100,000 | $562 | $3,000 | $5,000 | $1,000 |
Worked example, $50,000 Instant Pro. Your breach line starts at $47,500. Reach a high of $51,000 and it moves to $48,500, where it stays even if you fall back. Each idea can risk $500. To withdraw, you need 4 days of at least $250 profit, and if you've made $3,000 your best day can't be above $450. Withdraw the full $3,000 from $53,000 and your balance drops to $50,000 while the breach line stays at $48,000, so you trade on with only $2,000 of room. Your 80% share of that $3,000 is $2,400.
WSFunded also sells Instant Standard (6% trailing, 30% consistency), the Prime and Flash one-phase plans, Stellar and Power, which we don't cover in detail. Power starts at $9.99 with the rest billed after you pass, and isn't available in Spain or Andorra.
Which WSFunded plan should you pick?
Ultra is the best value at WSFunded. It's cheaper than the Classic at every size from $10,000 up, it has the most room (10% static), and the $100,000 at $559 is the cheapest plan per $1,000 of funding at $5.59. If you can make 10% in phase 1, there's little reason to pick the Classic over it.
Pick the Classic if you'd rather face an 8% target than 10% and don't mind paying $10 to $50 more for less room.
Rapid suits traders who want one phase and accept a 30-day wait for the first payout. A 10% target against 6% total room is demanding.
Elite New is for traders whose losing days are sometimes large but who don't take many of them. No daily limit is rare, but the 2.5% per-trade cap and the 30-day first-payout wait offset some of that freedom.
Instant Pro costs about the same as the two-steps but gives you the strictest version of everything: trailing drawdown, a 1% per-idea cap, a 15% consistency rule and no EAs. It only makes sense for small, steady traders who want to skip the evaluation.
Trading rules in practice
Drawdown and the daily reset
The evaluation plans use static total drawdown: your floor is set from the starting balance and never moves. Instant plans use trailing drawdown based on your highest balance, and the breach line doesn't lock or move down after a payout.
The daily loss limit is checked against equity whenever a trade is open, and against the start-of-day balance otherwise. Since 10 April 2026, the daily reset happens at 5pm New York time. Before that date it was midnight UTC. In Europe that's 11pm in Madrid and 10pm in London in summer, an hour earlier in winter. MT5 and cTrader server time is UTC+1 (UTC+2 in summer); Match-Trader runs on UTC.
Leverage and commissions
Forex leverage varies by plan in the FAQ: 1:100 on Classic and Ultra, 1:50 on Elite and Instant Pro, 1:30 on Rapid. Gold and commodities are 1:10 on every plan, indices 1:10 or 1:20, and crypto 1:1 or 1:2.
Commissions are $3 per lot on forex, metals and commodities, and $0 on indices, crypto and stocks, on all three platforms. The FAQ doesn't say whether the $3 is per side or round trip. Five lots of EURUSD in and out costs $15 if it's round trip and $30 if it's charged on each side. Spreads are described as raw.
Stop loss and risk per trading idea
This is the rule that matters most at WSFunded. Every trade needs a stop loss within two minutes of opening. Risk is then capped per trading idea:
| Plan | Max risk per trading idea |
|---|---|
| Classic, Ultra, Rapid | 50% of the daily loss limit (2.5%, 2.5% and 2%) |
| Elite New | 2.5% per trade |
| Instant Standard, Instant Pro, Prime, Flash, Power | 1% of starting balance |
A trading idea is every trade on the same instrument in the same direction opened within 30 minutes of each other. Splitting one 30-lot gold trade into three 10-lot trades doesn't help; the FAQ counts it as one idea. Trades closed at breakeven or take profit stop counting toward the risk. Risk is measured from your widest stop, so moving a stop further away raises the recorded risk.
What happens if you break either rule:
| Stage | Missing stop loss after 2 minutes | Trading idea over the risk cap |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluation | Warning only | Warning only |
| Funded | First soft breach cancels the payout and the account | First soft breach cancels the payout and the account |
The terms describe a gentler ladder for some funded breaches: a first warning cuts leverage for 20 working days, a second for 60 working days, and a third removes you. The FAQ's soft breach rules are stricter, so plan around those.
Lot limits on funded accounts
Funded accounts also have a maximum lot exposure per trading idea:
| Account | Forex | Commodities and metals | Indices |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | 3 lots | 0.5 lots | 5 lots |
| $10,000 | 6 lots | 1 lot | 10 lots |
| $25,000 | 10 lots | 1.8 lots | 20 lots |
| $50,000 | 20 lots | 4 lots | 40 lots |
| $100,000 | 35 lots | 7 lots | 70 lots |
News, weekends and overnight
News trading is allowed in the evaluation phases only. On funded accounts you can't open or close a trade on an affected instrument from 4 minutes before to 4 minutes after a red-folder event. A trade opened inside the window is closed automatically, any profit from it is removed, and you get a news soft breach. You can hold a trade through the window if you opened it earlier, but it must have both a stop loss and a take profit. No trading at all on any symbol during US elections.
Weekend and overnight holding are allowed with no add-on.
EAs, copy trading and banned strategies
- EAs and cBots are allowed on the evaluation plans, but not on Instant Standard or Instant Pro.
- Copy trading is allowed only by hand between your own evaluation accounts, and never onto a $100,000 account or a funded account. Trade copier tools are banned.
- Banned outright: high-frequency trading, trades under 60 seconds, grid trading, arbitrage, hedging, latency trading, reverse trading, tick scalping and "hyperactivity".
- Monitored: account churning, gambling-style bets, trade stacking, group hedging and overleveraging.
Consistency and activity
The Classic, Ultra, Rapid and Elite New plans have no consistency rule. Instant Pro uses 15% and Instant Standard 30%, both measured as your best day against total profit. The four evaluation plans close accounts after 30 days without activity; the Instant Pro rules don't state an inactivity limit.
How payouts work
You request payouts from the dashboard. While the request is reviewed, your account is set to read-only, so close your trades first. Payouts are processed Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm CET.
| Plan | First payout | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Classic, Ultra, Instant Pro | 15 days | Every 10 days |
| Rapid, Elite New | 30 days | Every 10 days |
The split is 80% on every plan here. Methods depend on the amount: crypto (USDT, USDC, ETH or BTC) under $500 and Rise above $500, or crypto if Rise isn't available in your country.
WSFunded's documents disagree on two payout points:
| Topic | General FAQ | Instant plan rules | Terms and conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum payout | $100 | No minimum | Not stated |
| Fee refund | Not stated | Not stated | Refund with first withdrawal after passing phase 2; elsewhere, no refunds once credentials are sent, and "the Company does not offer refunds" |
Treat the $100 minimum as the safe assumption, and don't count on getting your fee back.
Identity checks. KYC happens when you earn your first funded account, before you trade it, through Veriff. You need an ID and a selfie. Using a VPN or VPS during KYC is prohibited and can stop your funding. After KYC, funded credentials take up to 48 hours and come with a contract to sign, and funded accounts are activated only on Wednesdays and Sundays. Your combined funded capital is capped at $400,000.
Scaling. The FAQ describes a scaling plan: make 15% within 3 months with at least 3 withdrawals and your balance grows by 25%, with the split rising toward 95%, up to $2,000,000. It doesn't say how the split steps up between 80% and 95%.
Who can sign up
The FAQ lists 10 restricted countries: Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Vietnam. The website footer adds a broader line: WSFmarkets Ltd doesn't offer services to residents of the United States, Singapore, Russia and the UAE, or any jurisdiction listed by the FATF or under international sanctions. The footer is the stricter reading, so if you live in one of those four countries, ask support in writing before buying.
You must be 18 or older. The Power plan isn't available in Spain or Andorra.
Reputation
On Trustpilot, WSFunded scores 4.3 out of 5 from 4,885 reviews, checked on 28 October 2026, with 3,580 of them from the last 12 months. The split is 78% five-star, 8% four-star, 2% three-star, under 1% two-star and 11% one-star. The profile was claimed in November 2023, WSFunded pays for a Trustpilot subscription, and it had replied to 98% of negative reviews, typically within a week. See the Trustpilot page.
The positive reviews mostly mention an easy-to-use dashboard, quick payouts and helpful support. The negative reviews are mostly about payouts refused or accounts closed for risk-rule breaches, with traders saying they weren't told which rule they broke or that their own logs didn't match the firm's risk figures. The company's replies are polite but mostly general. That lines up with the rulebook: the per-idea risk rules are where disputes happen.
Beyond the Finance Magnates report on its Saint Lucia broker entity, we found no regulator action or news coverage of complaints. The homepage claims more than 100,000 active traders in over 180 countries; WSFunded doesn't publish payout totals we could check.

- Hola Prime: worth a look if you want a higher split (up to 95% vs 80%), on demand payouts and TradeLocker.
- Funded Trader Markets: worth a look if you want a higher split (up to 90% vs 80%), on demand payouts and TradeLocker.
Mistakes to avoid at WSFunded
- Placing a stop loss "in a minute". After two minutes without one, a funded account can lose its payout and be closed. Use an order template that attaches the stop at entry.
- Scaling into a trade. Adding to a winner on the same pair in the same direction within 30 minutes counts as one trading idea, and the total risk is measured from the widest stop.
- Closing a trade during news on a funded account. The 4-minute window blocks closing as well as opening. Get flat earlier, or hold through with a stop and target set.
- Withdrawing everything from an Instant account. The trailing breach line doesn't move down after a payout, so a full withdrawal can leave you with almost no room.
- Using a VPN during KYC. It can cost you the funded account. Turn it off before you start verification.
- Running scalps under 60 seconds. Trades that short are banned, whatever the result.
Before you buy: checklist
- Check your country against both the FAQ list and the footer's wider restrictions.
- Read the FAQ rule card for your exact plan, plus the trading idea and soft breach sections.
- Set your platform to attach a stop loss to every order automatically.
- Work out your maximum risk per idea in dollars for the account size you want.
- Confirm the checkout price, since the homepage blocks show different numbers.
- Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our WSFunded coupon page for how to apply it.
Our verdict
WSFunded is a reasonable choice for disciplined forex traders who always use a stop loss and size each idea well inside the limit. The Ultra two-step is the plan to look at, with 10% static drawdown, EAs allowed, weekend holding and the lowest cost per $1,000 on the site.
The rulebook is where it gets risky. The two-minute stop rule and the per-idea risk cap turn small mistakes into lost payouts on funded accounts, the payout cycle is fixed at 10 days, and the pricing tables and refund terms contradict each other. A 4.3 Trustpilot score with a 98% reply rate is solid, but most complaints are about exactly these rules, so read them twice before you pay.
