Atlas Futures Review
Futures side of Atlas Funded: four CME programs on Volumetrica, $25K to $150K.
About Atlas Futures
Atlas Futures is a futures prop firm founded in 2024, based in Saint Lucia. It sells 4 programs — Atlas Standard, Atlas Apex, Atlas Daily and Atlas Direct — with accounts from $25K to $150K and prices from $85. You trade on Volumetrica. Funded traders keep up to 90% of profits, paid on demand by Rise and crypto.
Our verdict
“Suits futures traders who want pay-as-you-go payouts with no waiting period and who can flatten before 4:45 PM ET each day; recent trader complaints about rejected payouts are worth reading first.”

Atlas Futures is the futures side of Atlas Funded, a prop firm best known for its CFD challenges. You trade CME futures such as the E-mini and Micro contracts on Volumetrica, using a simulated account, and keep 90% of what you make once funded. There are four programs: three one-phase evaluations (Standard, Apex and Daily) and an instant-funded account called Direct, each in $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000 sizes.
The entry prices are low, from $85 for a $25,000 Atlas Daily evaluation, and every program uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown that stops $100 above your starting balance. The catch is how new all of this is. Atlas relaunched its futures rules on 22 October 2026 and moved existing funded accounts onto them on 26 October. Payouts come with a cap per request, positions are force-closed at 4:45 PM New York time, there is no fee refund, and your 5th payout triggers a review that can close the account.
The short version
- Best for: intraday futures traders who flatten every afternoon, want to request payouts without a waiting period, and like reading exact rules before they pay.
- Not for: anyone who holds overnight, traders who need a long track record before trusting a firm, and people who want a big lump-sum withdrawal.
- Biggest strength: cheap evaluations, a drawdown that only moves at the end of the day, and payout rules that are published to the dollar for every size.
- Biggest risk: the rules are days old and have already been rewritten once for funded traders. Per-payout caps of $600 to $3,000 also limit how fast you can take money out.
- Our score: 4.1 out of 5. It scores well on price and payout access, and loses points for a very short track record and a stack of payout conditions.
Who runs Atlas Futures
Atlas Funded says it was founded in 2024. The futures arm has no published launch date, and the current version has been on sale since 22 October 2026.
The terms of service (last updated 12 October 2026) say Atlas Funded is a trading name of ATLAS VANQUISH FZCO, registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis in the United Arab Emirates. The simulated trading services come from Atlas Funded LTD, a Saint Lucia corporation (company number 2025-00597). The terms are governed by UAE law, and disputes go to support first, then to binding arbitration, with each side paying its own costs.
All futures accounts run on Volumetrica, and they're simulated: balances and profits are simulated, and payouts are real rewards paid by Atlas. An "Atlas Live" tier is listed as coming soon, with no published terms.
The rulebook lives in Atlas's public docs at help.atlasfunded.com, in a futures section last reviewed on 26 October 2026. One warning: the docs say your funded agreement and the terms of service win if they differ, and the terms read as if written for CFD accounts. We cover the gaps in the payouts section.
Programs and prices
Prices below are list prices from Atlas's pricing table, checked on 28 October 2026, before any code. Every program has a 90% split, no time limit and a one-time fee, and the three evaluations share a 6% target.
Atlas Standard
Standard is the conservative choice: the priciest evaluation, but its payout rules always leave your full drawdown in the account.
- Evaluation: reach a 6% profit target on closed balance, trade at least 2 days, and keep your best day at or below 50% of total profit.
- Funded: no minimum days and no waiting period. You can request once the profit since your last payout reaches the goal for your size, with a 40% consistency rule.
- Withdrawals: anything above a required balance (starting balance plus max loss plus $100), from a $500 minimum up to the cap.
| Account | Price | Target | Max loss | Daily lockout | Payout goal | Payout cap | Balance that must stay |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $105 | $1,500 | $1,000 | $600 | $250 | $1,000 | $26,100 |
| $50,000 | $169 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $1,200 | $500 | $2,000 | $52,100 |
| $100,000 | $269 | $6,000 | $3,000 | $1,800 | $750 | $2,500 | $103,100 |
| $150,000 | $359 | $9,000 | $4,500 | $2,700 | $1,000 | $3,000 | $154,600 |
Worked example, $50,000 Standard. You start with a floor at $48,000. If your equity falls $1,200 below the day's starting balance, you're locked out until the next session. To pass, your closed balance has to reach $53,000 over at least 2 days, and no single day can be more than $1,500 of that profit. Once funded, nothing can come out until your balance is above $52,100 by at least the $500 minimum, so your first request needs a balance of $52,600. To take the full $2,000 cap you need $54,100, and you receive $1,800 at 90%.
So the first payout needs $2,600 of profit, not $500. In return, you never withdraw into your safety margin.
Atlas Apex
Apex is Atlas's flagship. It swaps the funded consistency rule for winning days.
- Evaluation: 6% target, at least 3 trading days, best day at or below 40% of total profit.
- Funded: each payout needs 5 winning days, meaning days with net closed profit (after commissions) of at least $100, $150, $200 or $255 depending on size. The count restarts after every payout.
- Withdrawals: up to 50% of the profit held in the account, from a $500 minimum up to the cap. At least $200 has to stay above your starting balance.
- Profit goal: none on the first payout beyond the winning days. From the second payout, net profit since the last one must reach $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,250 by size.
| Account | Price | Target | Max loss | Daily lockout | Winning day | Later payout goal | Payout cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $89 | $1,500 | $1,000 | $600 | $100 | $500 | $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $155 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $1,200 | $150 | $750 | $2,000 |
| $100,000 | $239 | $6,000 | $3,000 | $1,800 | $200 | $1,000 | $2,500 |
| $150,000 | $339 | $9,000 | $4,500 | $2,700 | $255 | $1,250 | $3,000 |
Worked example, $100,000 Apex. In the evaluation your floor starts at $97,000, your daily lockout is $1,800, and you pass at $106,000 with no day contributing more than $2,400. Once funded, you need 5 days that each close at least $200 up. Say you then sit at $107,000: half of your $7,000 profit is $3,500, the cap is $2,500, so you withdraw $2,500 and receive $2,250.
Watch the cushion after a payout. Requesting your first payout fixes the floor at $100 above your starting balance. On a $25,000 Apex with $1,000 of profit, you could withdraw the $500 minimum and be left at $25,500 with the floor at $25,100. That's $400 of room on an account that started with $1,000.
Atlas Daily
Daily is the cheapest program and the only one with a payout every trading day. It also has the tightest funded limits.
- Evaluation: identical to Apex: 6% target, 3 minimum days, 40% consistency.
- Funded: one payout request per day, no winning days and no consistency rule.
- Smaller funded limits on the two biggest sizes: the max loss drops from $3,000 to $2,500 on $100,000 and from $4,500 to $3,500 on $150,000, and the daily lockout shrinks on every size.
- Later payouts: you need new profit of at least 50% of your previous payout.
- News: the only futures program with a news window, 1 minute either side of high-impact releases on funded accounts.
| Account | Price | Target | Eval max loss / lockout | Funded max loss / lockout | Minimum request | Payout cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $85 | $1,500 | $1,000 / $600 | $1,000 / $500 | $250 | $600 |
| $50,000 | $129 | $3,000 | $2,000 / $1,200 | $2,000 / $1,000 | $500 | $1,100 |
| $100,000 | $199 | $6,000 | $3,000 / $1,800 | $2,500 / $1,250 | $1,000 | $1,500 |
| $150,000 | $279 | $9,000 | $4,500 / $2,700 | $3,500 / $1,800 | $1,500 | $2,500 |
Worked example, $50,000 Daily. The evaluation works like Apex: floor at $48,000, $1,200 lockout, pass at $53,000. Once funded, the lockout drops to $1,000 and the balance that must stay is $52,100. At $53,500 you have $1,400 available, the cap is $1,100, so you withdraw $1,100 and receive $990. Your next request needs $550 of new profit.
On the $100,000 size, the minimum request is $1,000 against a $1,500 cap, so your first request needs a balance of at least $103,600.
Atlas Direct
Direct skips the evaluation. You pay more and start on funded rules from your first trade.
- No profit target to pass, but the first payout needs a profit goal equal to 6% of the account, and every later payout has its own goal.
- 20% consistency: your best day can be no more than 20% of the cycle's profit.
- No daily lockout on the $25,000 size.
- No reset and no reactivation if you breach.
| Account | Price | Max loss | Daily lockout | First payout goal | Later payout goal | Payout cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $349 | $1,000 | None | $1,500 | $1,250 | $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $499 | $2,000 | $1,200 | $3,000 | $2,500 | $2,000 |
| $100,000 | $649 | $3,000 | $2,100 | $6,000 | $3,500 | $2,500 |
| $150,000 | $799 | $4,500 | $3,000 | $9,000 | $4,500 | $3,000 |
Worked example, $50,000 Direct. Your floor starts at $48,000 and your daily lockout is $1,200. To request your first payout you need $3,000 of profit, and with the 20% rule no single day can be more than $600 of it, so you need at least 5 green days. You can then withdraw $2,000 and receive $1,800, which leaves you at $51,000 with the floor fixed at $50,100. The next payout needs $2,500 of new profit with no day above $500.
Notice that every later goal is bigger than the cap. On the $100,000 Direct, each $2,500 withdrawal needs $3,500 of fresh profit, so roughly 71% of what you earn can leave the account over time.
Resets, reactivation and add-ons
- Evaluation reset: once per evaluation, at 90% of what you paid (add-ons included, after any code). No new code can be applied to a reset.
- Funded reactivation (Standard, Apex, Daily): once, within 30 days, and only if the account hit its max loss or went inactive before its first payout. It costs three times the plan price, with no discount: $315 for a $25,000 Standard.
- No Daily Loss Limit add-on: +25% on Standard and +40% on Apex. A $50,000 Standard with it costs $211.25. Your max loss still applies.
- 50% Consistency add-on: +15% on Apex and Daily. In the evaluation your best day can be up to 50% instead of 40%, and you can pass in 2 days instead of 3.
You can run 10 futures evaluations and 5 funded futures accounts at once.
Which Atlas Futures plan should you pick?
Pick Standard if you want to keep the account for a long time. Withdrawals only come from above starting balance plus max loss plus $100, so you keep your full drawdown after every payout. The cost is a higher bar before your first payout.
Pick Apex if you trade most days and make modest, steady gains. Five winning days of $150 on a $50,000 account is a low bar for a consistent day trader, and there's no funded consistency rule. You can only take half your profit, though, and early withdrawals can leave a thin cushion.
Pick Daily for frequent, smaller payouts on the $25,000 or $50,000 size. On $100,000 and $150,000 the funded drawdown shrinks and the minimum request jumps, so Apex is the better deal there. Codes are also capped at 25% on Daily, against 40% on the others.
Pick Direct only if you'd pass an evaluation anyway and want profit to count toward a payout from day one. You still need a 6% gain before the first payout, you pay three to four times more, and a breach can't be reset.
On cost per $1,000 of funding, the cheapest option is the $150,000 Daily at $1.86 per $1K. Our best-value pick is the $150,000 Apex at $2.26 per $1K: it keeps the full $4,500 max loss once funded and pays up to $3,000 per request. On a smaller budget, start with the $50,000 Apex at $155.
Trading rules in practice
Drawdown and the 4:45 PM reset
Every futures account uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown. Your floor sits a fixed dollar amount below your highest end-of-day balance and is recalculated once a day at 4:45 PM New York time, so intraday highs never raise it. It's checked live against your equity, though: touch it at any moment and the account is breached.
Two things stop the trailing. The floor stops rising at $100 above your starting balance, which happens once you close a day at starting balance plus max loss plus $100 ($52,100 on a $50,000 account). And on a funded account, requesting your first payout moves the floor straight to that level and fixes it there once the payout is paid.
The trading day runs from 4:45 PM to 4:45 PM New York time. In UTC that's 20:45 while New York is on daylight saving time and 21:45 in winter. The time-zone note in Atlas's docs puts Dubai an hour later than it actually is, so convert from New York time yourself.
The daily loss lockout
The daily loss limit at Atlas Futures is a lockout, not a breach. If your equity falls to the day's starting balance minus the limit, your positions are closed and trading stops until the next 4:45 PM reset. The account stays open.
It doesn't protect you from the max loss. On a $25,000 account, the daily lockout is $600 and the max loss is $1,000. If yesterday's close left you only $500 above the floor, a $500 loss today ends the account before the lockout ever triggers.
Contract limits instead of leverage
Atlas doesn't quote leverage on futures. Position size is capped by contract limits per instrument, with separate limits for minis (ES, NQ, CL, GC) and micros (MES, MNQ, MCL, MGC). An order above the limit is rejected; it doesn't breach the account.
| Account | Evaluation (minis / micros) | Funded start (minis / micros) |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | 2 / 20 | 1 / 10 |
| $50,000 | 4 / 40 | 2 / 20 |
| $100,000 | 6 / 60 | 3 / 30 |
| $150,000 | 10 / 100 | 5 / 50 |
Funded accounts start at half size and get the full limit once the floor stops rising at $100 above your starting balance or your first payout is paid, whichever comes first.
Commissions
The futures docs don't publish commission rates, but commissions count: winning days and consistency are measured net of them. Check your per-contract cost before you scalp, because it eats into the $100 to $255 you need for an Apex winning day.
News, overnight and weekends
Every position must be closed by 4:45 PM New York time, Monday to Friday. Atlas closes anything still open at the platform price, and the auto-close runs every minute until 4:59 PM, so a trade opened in that window is closed too. The account then stays locked until CME reopens at 6:00 PM. There's no overnight or weekend holding on any program. On early-close sessions Atlas can't close you out after the market shuts, so flatten before the early close yourself.
News trading is unrestricted on Standard, Apex and Direct. On a funded Daily account, a window runs from 1 minute before to 1 minute after every high-impact release. A position opened inside it is closed, and profit on any trade opened or closed inside it is removed. Trades held through the window are fine.
Bots, copy trading and hedging
Automated trading is allowed within the rules, and so is copying trades between your own Atlas accounts. These are not:
- Copying another person: same market and side as someone else's trade, opened and closed within 60 seconds of theirs.
- Hedging with another person: opposite sides of the same market, opened within 5 minutes of each other, where each trade made or lost at least half its account's max loss.
- Hedging across your own accounts: a long and a short on the same market open at the same time on two of your accounts.
- Account sharing, latency or tick arbitrage, order flooding and exploiting bugs.
Atlas says a single matching trade does nothing; only a pattern holds a payout for a person on the risk team to review. A confirmed breach can mean the profit is removed, the payout declined or the account closed.
Short trades and all-or-nothing trading
On funded accounts, a trade held under 3 minutes loses its profit if that profit is half your max loss or more. On a $50,000 account that's $1,000: a 90-second trade that makes $400 keeps it, while one that makes $1,500 has the $1,500 removed. It doesn't fail the account or apply in the evaluation.
"All-or-nothing trading" is banned on every futures account. Atlas defines it as 3 or more trades that each made or lost 75% of your max loss, which also make up 20% or more of all your futures trades. On a $50,000 account, that's trades swinging $1,500 or more.
Consistency rules
The consistency rule changes by program and stage. Breaking it doesn't fail the account; you keep trading until your best day is back inside the limit.
| Program | To pass | Once funded |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Best day up to 50% of total profit | Up to 40% of each cycle's profit |
| Apex | Up to 40% | None (5 winning days instead) |
| Daily | Up to 40% | None |
| Direct | No evaluation | Up to 20% of each cycle's profit |
In practice, 40% means you need at least 3 profitable days to pass, and Direct's 20% means at least 5.
Inactivity and minimum days
There's no time limit to pass, but you must open a trade at least once every 30 days or the account is breached. A day counts toward the 2 or 3 minimum days once you've closed at least one trade in it.
How payouts work
There's no waiting period on any futures program. Standard, Apex and Direct accept a request at any time once you meet the conditions, and Daily accepts one a day, Monday to Friday. Your 90% share is paid by Rise, USDT on Ethereum (ERC20), or Atlas Balance, which adds a 10% to 25% bonus but can only be spent at Atlas.
- Requesting closes your positions and pauses trading until the payout is resolved.
- Caps and minimums apply before the split. A $2,000 cap means $1,800 to you.
- KYC on the first payout, through Veriff: photo ID, a selfie check, sanctions screening and your country of residence.
- The 5th payout is reviewed. You either stay funded, or the payout is paid, you're referred to live trading and the funded account closes. Atlas Live's terms aren't published.
- No fee refund on futures accounts bought from 22 October 2026, and no scaling plan beyond moving from half to full contract limits.
The Payout Reward Guarantee promises first payouts within 24 working hours and later ones within 48, with a $1,000 credit if Atlas is late ($500 with that payout, $500 on the next). Working hours are 8 a day, 9 AM to 5 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, so "24 working hours" means three working days.
The docs say the funded agreement and terms govern if they disagree, and they do disagree:
| Topic | Futures docs (reviewed 26 Oct 2026) | Terms of service (updated 12 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Profit split | 90% on every futures program | "Default funded split is 80%", raised by add-ons |
| Payout schedule | On request; Daily once a day | First payout 30 days after first funded trade, then every 30 days |
| Processing | First within 24 working hours, then 48 (guarantee page); 1 to 5 business days (payout methods page) | 1 to 5 business days after approval |
| News | No restriction except ±1 minute on funded Daily | Funded profit within 5 minutes of high-impact news may be deducted |
| Short trades | Profit removed only if it's half your max loss or more | "Sub-three-minute trading as a strategy" prohibited |
| Single-instrument risk | No margin rule on futures | Funded accounts may not risk more than 50% of the daily limit on one instrument in a day |
The last row matters for futures traders, who often trade one contract all day. The futures docs never mention that rule, and Trustpilot complaints show Atlas has used it to reject CFD payouts. Ask support in writing whether it applies to your futures account before you rely on the docs alone.
Who can sign up
Atlas doesn't publish a list of restricted countries. The terms require you to be 18 or older and allow one Atlas profile per person. They say MT5 services aren't intended for US residents, but futures run on Volumetrica and the docs don't say whether US residents can buy them. KYC at your first payout checks your country and screens against sanctions lists, so if you live somewhere many firms avoid, get a written answer from support before you pay.
Reputation
On Trustpilot, Atlas Funded scores 3.9 out of 5 from 2,039 reviews, checked on 28 October 2026. 58% of reviews give five stars and 25% give one star. The profile was claimed in September 2024, Atlas pays for a Trustpilot subscription, and it had replied to 82% of negative reviews, typically within a month. See the Trustpilot page.
That profile covers all of Atlas Funded, and the reviews we read were about CFD accounts, not the week-old futures rules. Atlas's own website shows "4.8/5 Trustpilot", well above the 3.9 we found.
Positive reviews mostly mention responsive support, an easy dashboard and payouts received. The one-star reviews cluster around payouts rejected for alleged copy trading, deductions under the single-instrument risk rule, Atlas Balance disputes, and rules that felt different once funded. Atlas replies to most, usually citing the rule it applied.
Atlas publishes payout certificates with a public check and says it has paid out more than $2.1 million firm-wide, which we couldn't verify. We found no coverage in Finance Magnates, FX News Group or FinanceFeeds, and no regulator actions.

Mistakes to avoid at Atlas Futures
- Forgetting the 4:45 PM close. Anything open is closed for you, including trades opened up to 4:59 PM. Set an alarm for 4:30 PM New York time.
- Requesting a payout with open trades. The request closes everything at market. Flatten first so you choose the exit.
- Withdrawing your cushion on Apex or Direct. The floor fixes at $100 above starting balance on your first request, and these plans let you withdraw down to $200 above it. Leave room.
- Trading full size the day you're funded. Funded accounts start at half the contract limits, and orders above the limit are rejected.
- Taking a big, quick win on a funded account. A trade under 3 minutes that makes half your max loss or more loses that profit.
- Trading the news on funded Daily. Profit from any trade opened or closed within 1 minute of a high-impact release is removed.
Before you buy: checklist
- Confirm you can be flat by 4:45 PM New York time every trading day.
- Pick the plan by how you take profit: buffer withdrawals (Standard), half of profit after winning days (Apex), small daily amounts (Daily) or skip the test (Direct).
- Work out your first-payout balance using the tables above, not just the profit goal.
- Ask support in writing whether the terms' single-instrument risk rule applies to futures.
- Budget for no fee refund and only one evaluation reset.
- Read the Atlas Apex rules or your chosen plan's page side by side with Atlas's docs.
- Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our Atlas Futures coupon page for how to apply it.
Our verdict
Atlas Futures is a cheap, well-documented way to get a futures evaluation with an end-of-day drawdown and no waiting period for payouts. The docs publish the exact balance, cap and minimum for every size, which is more than many futures firms do, and the Standard plan's buffer is a genuinely trader-friendly design.
The concerns are time and terms. The current rules are days old, funded traders were moved onto them mid-account, the terms of service still read like a CFD document, and the 5th-payout review can end a good account. If you trade intraday and flatten every afternoon, it's worth a small account. Start with one evaluation, take a first payout, and only then scale up.
