Reported payout problems

    Finance Magnates reported that after Alpha Futures' NinjaTrader/Tradovate agreement ended (effective 12 July 2026) the firm discontinued its Premium plan; its announcement said pending and unpaid Premium payouts beyond amounts already paid would not be processed and fees would be refunded instead, and one trader posted a $10K payout voided after approval. Alpha said it had paid out more than $25M through the plan in two months, disputed NinjaTrader's claim of an overdue balance, and said the real issue was its AlphaTrader launch.

  • September 2026 · Firm statement

    In its own post (updated 15 Sep 2026) Alpha Futures said the transition disrupted operations, that standard payouts are now five business days or less once approved, and that pending Premium payouts remain on a separate batch schedule (next batch within 1-2 weeks, faster clearing through October); it said all active Premium accounts had been refunded.

    Trustpilot: at least 10 reviews dated 21-28 Oct 2026 say Premium payouts have been pending since July (about 107-111 days), and 3 more describe standard payouts rejected (e.g. over alleged tick scalping or an IP match). The firm replied to some reviews saying payouts take about 5 business days and denying that it rejects payouts without reason. These are unverified trader claims.
