On Trustpilot, 6 reviews dated 2026-09-16 to 2026-10-27 say payouts are delayed for weeks, only partly offered or unanswered (e.g. $500 payouts taking over two weeks). An earlier 1-star review (July 2026) says three $4,500 payout requests were unpaid as of Aug 21; the firm replied on Aug 29 that the reviewer exploited a technical issue, so those accounts and payouts were not legitimate. Purdia's help center says payouts up to $500 take 1-2 business days and larger ones 3-5. Reviews are unverified and some other recent reviews praise 24-72 hour payouts.
