PipFarm is a forex prop firm founded in 2024. Our verdict

“Suits cTrader traders who want cheap accounts and accept rank-based splits and a monthly default payout cycle. The Trustpilot guideline breach means reviews should be read with care.”

What we like

  • Wide range of models and sizes from 2.5K to 150K with low entry prices
  • News trading, weekend holding, own EAs and single-account hedging allowed
  • Pay With Profits lets traders start from 7 USD and pay the rest out of the first payout
  • Rules published in a Featurebase help center with dated articles

Watch out for

  • cTrader only (MT5 listed as coming soon)
  • Default payout interval is 30 days; weekly, bi-weekly and on-demand need paid add-ons; hard cap of 5,000 per payout
  • Many overlapping models and add-ons make true cost and rules hard to compare

Flags we checked

  • Prohibited countries and nationalities published
  • Rule changes dated in the help center (for example 27 Aug 2026 payout-cap change)
  • Trustpilot withdrew the rating after removing fake reviews
  • Recent Trustpilot reviews mention payouts refused and a 1% risk rule breach disputes

Full PipFarm review

16 min read · Updated Oct 28, 2026

PipFarm is a Singapore forex prop firm that runs entirely on cTrader. You pick one of three challenge "modes" (Classic, Endurance or Consistency), each in a two-stage or one-stage format, on accounts from $5,000 to $150,000 in US dollars, euros or pounds. Forex, metals, indices, energies and a handful of crypto CFDs are on the menu, and news trading, weekend holding and your own bots are all allowed.

Entry is cheap: a $5,000 Consistency challenge lists at $25, and the $150,000 version works out to $2.80 per $1,000 of funding. The headline "up to 99%" profit share is the catch. Every trader starts at 70%, the share climbs one step per payout as you rank up, payouts default to once every 30 days, and each withdrawal is capped at 3% of your balance at first. This review walks through every mode with dollar examples so you can see what a funded account actually pays.

The short version

  • Best for: patient cTrader traders who want cheap challenges, flexible holding and automation rules, and who plan to stay with one firm long enough to climb its ranks.
  • Not for: anyone who wants fast, large first payouts, or who needs MetaTrader today.
  • Biggest strength: low prices and loose trading rules. News, overnight, weekend, hedging within one account and self-built bots are all allowed.
  • Biggest risk: the funded stage. Payout caps start at 3% of balance, your drawdown allowance shrinks with each withdrawal from the second payout on, and a "Pip Protector" can halve your profit share for good.
  • Our score: 3.7 out of 5. Strong on value and rules, weak on payouts: a monthly default schedule, a 70% starting split and small early caps.

Who runs PipFarm

PipFarm is operated by ECI Ventures Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore under unique entity number 202329954C, according to the site footer and the terms and conditions (last updated 9 April 2026). The terms are governed by Singapore law, and disputes go first to binding arbitration under the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre, with each side paying its own costs.

The homepage says PipFarm has been paying traders "since 2024". FX News Group reported the launch on 25 March 2024, naming founder James Glyde, a former chief commercial officer at Spotware, the company behind cTrader. Payout certificates on the homepage carry his name as CEO.

All challenge and funded accounts are simulated. The help center says prices come from "a leading institutional broker" without naming it, and the only platform is cTrader on desktop, web and mobile. MetaTrader 5 is shown as "coming soon". The rulebook is a public help center with one article per rule, many with worked examples. It's detailed, but it also contradicts itself in places, which we flag below.

Programs and prices

Prices below are list prices before any coupon, checked on 28 October 2026. Within a mode, the one-stage and two-stage formats cost the same. Every mode shares these rules:

  • Daily loss: 3% below your "EOD reference", the higher of your balance or equity at the 22:00 GMT rollover (21:00 GMT in US summer time). It rises to 4% at Rank 4.
  • Max loss: static on two-stage and one-stage "static" accounts; 8% balance-trailing on one-stage "trailing" accounts. Rank 2 adds 1%.
  • Time limit: 90 days per stage by default. 180 days costs 5% extra, 360 days 10%, unlimited 15%.
  • Inactivity: close at least one trade every 28 days.

Classic Mode

Classic is the simplest: hit the target and trade on at least 3 days per stage (any day with a closed trade counts).

  • Two-stage: 9% then 6%, with a 9% static max loss.
  • One-stage: 12% target, with 6% static or 8% balance-trailing max loss.
  • Funded (accounts from 9 April 2026): your best day must be no more than 50% of profit when you request a payout.
AccountPrice2-stage targets2-stage max loss1-stage target1-stage static max lossDaily loss at start
$5,000$35$450 / $300$450$600$300$150
$10,000$60$900 / $600$900$1,200$600$300
$20,000$110$1,800 / $1,200$1,800$2,400$1,200$600
$50,000$260$4,500 / $3,000$4,500$6,000$3,000$1,500
$100,000$490$9,000 / $6,000$9,000$12,000$6,000$3,000
$150,000$720$13,500 / $9,000$13,500$18,000$9,000$4,500

Worked example, $100,000 Classic two-stage. Your account breaches at $91,000, and that floor never moves. On day one the daily floor is $97,000. If you end a day at $103,000, the next day's floor is $103,000 minus 3% ($3,090), or $99,910. You pass stage 1 at $109,000 after at least 3 trading days, then need $6,000 in stage 2.

One-stage version, $50,000. The target is $6,000. On the static variant you breach at $47,000. On the trailing variant the floor starts at $46,000 and follows your highest closed balance: close at $52,000 and it moves to $47,840.

Endurance Mode

Endurance swaps trading days for profitable days: days where your end-of-day reference rises by at least 0.5% of the starting balance. You need 3 per stage on the two-stage and 4 on the one-stage, and they don't have to be in a row.

  • Two-stage: 8% then 5%, with an 8% static max loss.
  • One-stage: 10% target, with 6% static or 8% balance-trailing max loss.
  • Funded: 50% consistency rule, and profitable days again before each payout.
AccountPrice2-stage targets2-stage max loss1-stage targetMin. profitable day

$20,000$90$1,600 / $1,000$1,600$2,000$100
$50,000$220$4,000 / $2,500$4,000$5,000$250
$100,000$420$8,000 / $5,000$8,000$10,000$500
$150,000$590$12,000 / $7,500$12,000$15,000$750

Worked example, $50,000 Endurance two-stage. Your floor is $46,000 and your first-day daily floor is $48,500. Stage 1 needs $4,000 of profit and three days that each add at least $250. A day that goes from $50,100 to $50,300 doesn't count, even though it's green.

One-stage version, $20,000. You need $2,000 and four $100 days, with a $18,800 floor on the static variant.

Consistency Mode

Consistency has the lowest targets and prices, but a consistency rule means your best day can't exceed 40% of total profit, in the challenge and before every payout.

  • Two-stage: 6% then 6%, with an 8% static max loss.
  • One-stage: 9% target, with 6% static or 8% balance-trailing max loss.
  • Accounts bought before 27 August 2026 had a 35% rule on the two-stage.
AccountPrice (website)Price (help center)2-stage targets2-stage max loss1-stage target

$20,000$75$70$1,200 / $1,200$1,600$1,800

$150,000$420$420$9,000 / $9,000$12,000$13,500

The website checkout and the help center's comparison table disagree on three sizes. The checkout is what you pay.

Worked example, $100,000 Consistency two-stage. Your floor is $92,000. To pass stage 1 at $6,000 of profit, no single day can be above $2,400, so you need at least three winning days. If your best day is $3,000, you'd have to reach $7,500 of total profit before you pass.

Other accounts

PipFarm also sells Instant accounts (no challenge, a 6% payout target, 20% to 30% consistency rules), a "Pay with Profits" model, a new Swing two-stage and a One Step Light. We haven't verified a full price table for those, so they're left out of our comparison.

Which PipFarm plan should you pick?

Consistency is the best value and the easiest target. The $150,000 two-stage costs $420, or $2.80 per $1,000, and both stages need only 6%. Pick it if your profit comes from many average days rather than one big one.

Classic suits traders who make their money in a few strong sessions, since any closed trade counts as a trading day. It's the priciest mode ($4.80 per $1K at $150,000), but the two-stage gives the most room: a 9% static max loss.

Endurance sits in between ($3.93 per $1K at $150,000). The profitable-day rule rewards steady day traders, but it punishes anyone who grinds small gains.

On format, the two-stage is the friendlier choice: lower targets and a bigger static max loss than the one-stage. The one-stage's 12% target against 6% of room is a tough ratio. Skip the trailing variant unless you need the extra 2%, since a strong start lifts the floor with you.

Trading rules in practice

Daily loss and the trading day

The trading day rolls over at 22:00 GMT (21:00 GMT during US daylight saving time), which is 5pm New York time. Your daily floor is set from the higher of balance or equity at that moment, so open profit at the rollover counts in your favour.

Leverage and commissions

Leverage is dynamic: it drops as your exposure in one symbol grows. Rank 0 to 2 traders get up to 1:30 on forex, and Rank 3 and up get 1:50.

Asset (challenge accounts)Standard leverageHigher tier
Forex, up to $5M exposure1:301:50
Metals, up to $250K1:201:20
Indices, up to $500K1:201:25
Oil, up to $100K1:201:25
Crypto, up to $100K1:21:3

Funded accounts cut metals to 1:10. Forex and metals pay a commission of $6 per round-turn lot at Rank 0 and 1, $3 from Rank 2, $1 from Rank 4 and $0 at Rank 6. Indices, crypto and energies are commission-free. A 2-lot EURUSD trade costs $12 at Rank 0, so ten of them a day is $120, 8% of the $1,500 daily limit on a $50,000 account.

A stop-out (margin level hitting 100%) is a hard breach on every account, even if you're nowhere near your loss limits.

News, overnight and weekends

News trading is allowed on every account, with one warning: repeatedly placing maximum-size positions right before big releases can be flagged as speculative. Overnight and weekend holding are allowed too, with swaps charged at rollover and triple swaps on Wednesday (forex, metals) and Friday (indices, energy).

The gap rule is the trap for weekend holding. If a position profits from a price gap of 0.2% or more, PipFarm deducts the larger of half that position's profit or the profit from the gap itself, at payout review.

Bots, copy trading and hedging

  • Bots and EAs are allowed on challenge and funded accounts, as long as the logic is your own. Marketplace bots are banned, and PipFarm can ask you to explain your strategy.
  • High-frequency trading is banned, such as firing 50 or more trades within a few minutes or repeatedly holding trades under a second.
  • Copy trading is allowed between your own accounts, including accounts at other firms or brokers. Copying anyone else is banned.
  • Hedging is allowed inside one account, but not across accounts.

The Pip Protector

Funded accounts carry a Max Risk limit on combined open and closed losses within a "risk window", which only resets after you've been flat for 60 minutes. The terms put it at 2% of the starting balance. Hit it and positions close and a strike is recorded:

StrikeWhat happens
1Max Risk limit halved (2% to 1%)
2Limit halved again, and your profit share cut by 50% for the life of the account
3Account breached

On a $50,000 funded account, that's $1,000 of combined loss in one session before your first strike. Strikes never reset.

Limits and household rules

You can hold up to 5 funded accounts worth $300,000 combined, plus 3 Instant accounts worth $300,000. Only one trader per household or close family is allowed, even at different addresses.

How payouts work

Payouts are requested from your dashboard and reviewed manually within 2 to 3 business days, then paid within another 2 to 3 business days. You must be flat while you request.

Interval. The default is one payout every 30 days. You can buy a shorter interval at checkout: 14 days (+15%), 7 days (+30%) or on demand (+50%). A "first payout on demand" add-on costs 10%. Across all your accounts, you can receive only one payout every 7 days.

Split. Everyone starts at 70%. Your rank (earned through XP for passing, payouts and quests) sets your ceiling, from 75% at Rank 1 to 99% at Rank 6, but the share rises only one level per payout. Your first payout is always at 70%, your second at up to 75%, and so on. A +10% add-on costs 20% of the base price.

Caps. Each payout is capped at a share of the account size, before the split:

PayoutCap$100,000 account
1st3%$3,000
2nd4%$4,000
3rd5%$5,000
4th onward6%$5,000 (hard cap)

No payout can exceed $5,000, whatever the account size. The minimum payout is 1% of the account on accounts bought from 27 August 2026.

Example. On a $100,000 Endurance account at Rank 0 with $4,000 of profit, your first request is capped at $3,000. You keep 70%, or $2,100, and a USDT payout costs $2.50 plus about 0.5%, so roughly $2,087 arrives.

Drawdown decay. From the second payout, every dollar you withdraw reduces your max loss allowance by a dollar, down to a 1% floor, until the fifth payout. On a $100,000 two-stage Endurance account ($8,000 allowance), a $4,000 second payout leaves $4,000 of room.

Scaling. Under the scaling plan, every fifth payout adds 10% to 50% of the initial balance, depending on rank, and restores the full allowance. An account can scale eight times, up to $1.5 million. Instant and One Step Light accounts don't scale.

Methods. USDT or USDC, Skrill, bank transfer on request, and Rise (marked temporarily unavailable). The minimum is $50.

Time limit when funded. By default you must make a successful payout request at least every 90 days, and the account has a 360-day lifetime that grows by 360 days with each scaling.

KYC. Identity checks through ComplyCube or Veriff are needed before you trade a funded account, and usually take 2 business days. If you pass but can't complete KYC, PipFarm says it refunds that challenge.

Refunds. You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't traded, minus a $10 account issuance fee. A "Challenge Fee Refund" add-on (10% of base price) credits your fee as profit on the funded account instead.

Reputation

On Trustpilot, PipFarm shows no TrustScore, checked on 28 October 2026. Trustpilot says the rating is unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines and that it has removed a number of fake reviews. The profile lists 342 reviews, 115 in the last 12 months, split 69% five-star, 4% four-star, 2% three-star, 1% two-star and 24% one-star. The company has written its own profile description and replies to some reviews; no reply rate is shown. See the Trustpilot page.

Positive reviews mention quick support, the cTrader setup, cheap prices and the Pay with Profits model. Negative ones describe Pip Protector strikes over very small amounts, accounts closed under the household rule, rules added after qualifying, the $5,000 payout cap, and outstanding payouts paid in instalments or not at all.

Finance Magnates reported on 3 November 2025 that Prop Firm Match, a prop firm listing site, had delisted PipFarm after a review process. Glyde told the outlet that the platform's final request for written commitments and legal undertakings went "far beyond what is reasonable".

PipFarm publishes its own payout figures: over $4.27 million paid worldwide, a "typical payout" of $2,451 to $2,684 depending on the model, and "1 in 13" Instant traders getting paid. These are self-reported.

Mistakes to avoid at PipFarm

  1. Expecting 99% on your first payout. It's 70% for everyone, rising one step per payout.
  2. Skipping the payout-interval add-on and then needing cash fast. Adding it later costs 10 times the checkout price.
  3. Withdrawing the full cap every time. From payout two, each withdrawal shrinks your drawdown room dollar for dollar.
  4. Re-entering within an hour of a loss. The Max Risk window only resets after 60 minutes flat, and a second strike halves your split for good.
  5. Holding big positions through the weekend open. A 0.2% gap can cost you half that trade's profit.
  6. Letting margin run hot. A stop-out is an instant breach, even inside your loss limits.

Before you buy: checklist

  • Pick a mode that matches how your profit arrives: many average days (Consistency), a few big ones (Classic) or steady daily gains (Endurance).
  • Decide on your payout interval and time limit at checkout.
  • Confirm the price in the checkout, since the help center's Consistency prices differ.
  • Read the Pip Protector, gap trading and household rules.
  • Make sure you're not a US citizen or a resident of a restricted country.
  • Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our PipFarm coupon page for how it works.

Our verdict

PipFarm is a good place to learn and to pass a cheap challenge. The Consistency two-stage at $2.80 per $1,000, with static drawdown, news trading, weekend holding and your own bots allowed, is a fair deal, and the help center explains most rules with examples.

The payout side holds it back. A 70% starting split, a 30-day default interval, 3% caps, drawdown decay after payouts and an unforgiving Pip Protector mean early withdrawals are small and the rules for keeping an account are strict. Budget for the payout add-ons, and treat the 99% split as a long-term goal rather than a feature.
