About Forex Funds Flow
Forex Funds Flow is a forex prop firm, based in Saint Lucia. It sells 4 programs — 1 Step Challenge, 2 Step Challenge, Instant Static and Instant Boost — with accounts from $2.5K to $100K and prices from $49. You trade on MT5 and Match-Trader. Funded traders keep up to 90% of profits, paid weekly.
Our verdict
“Low entry prices and quick payout cycles on paper, but a middling Trustpilot score and a cluster of recent delayed-payout reviews make it a cautious pick.”

Full Forex Funds Flow review

Forex Funds Flow (FFF) is a young Saint Lucia prop firm that sells forex and CFD evaluations and instant accounts. You trade forex pairs, metals, oil, indices and a handful of crypto CFDs on simulated accounts, with MetaTrader 5 and Match Trader named as the platforms. There are four plans: a 1-Step, a 2-Step, an Instant Static account and an Instant Boost account that pays out every 3 trading days.
Entry prices are low. A $5,000 2-Step costs $49, the $100,000 2-Step costs $499, and neither challenge has a time limit or a consistency rule. The catch is the rulebook. You get a 75% split unless you pay extra for 90%, news trading is banned outright on funded accounts, and a long list of conduct rules (3 open positions, a 2-minute minimum hold, no adding to winners, no VPS, no EAs) can breach an account that never hit its loss limit. FFF's own pages also disagree on the minimum payout, EAs and platforms, and its Trustpilot profile has a heavy cluster of payout complaints. This review walks through all of it with dollar examples.
The short version
- Best for: manual day traders on forex and gold who keep size modest, trade a mix of buys and sells, and want a cheap two-step with a wide 12% loss limit.
- Not for: news traders, EA users, anyone who runs a VPS, trend followers who pyramid into winners, and swing traders who don't want to pay extra to hold over the weekend.
- Biggest strength: price and room on the 2-Step. $499 buys a $100,000 account with a static $12,000 loss limit, no deadline and no consistency rule.
- Biggest risk: getting paid. Trustpilot reviews from August to October 2026 describe approved payouts sitting unpaid for weeks, and the rules give FFF many grounds to deny a payout.
- Our score: 3.2 out of 5. Payout frequency and split score well, while value, rule flexibility and a short track record pull it down.
Who runs Forex Funds Flow
The website footer says forexfundsflow.com is owned and operated by Fx Funds Flow Ltd., registered in Saint Lucia under number 2025-00415, together with FF Flow LTD, also in Saint Lucia, under number 78177928. The listed office is the Ground Floor of The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet. FFF doesn't publish a founding year. The 2025 registration number and a Trustpilot profile claimed in May 2025 both point to a firm that is only about a year and a half old.
The terms say any lawsuit goes exclusively to the courts of St. Lucia, while FFF keeps the right to sue you in your own country. Disputes go to mediation first, then to arbitration under ICC rules with a single arbitrator seated in Saint Lucia. The terms also waive your EU right of withdrawal the moment you start an evaluation.
FFF describes itself as an "evaluation-only firm" running simulated accounts. It doesn't take client deposits or place your trades in a live market, so your payouts are paid by the firm, not earned from real trades. The homepage names Fyntra Tech as its technology partner and promotes a partner broker for live accounts, which is a separate product.
Platforms are a small mess. The FAQ and homepage list MetaTrader 5 and Match Trader. The terms say FFF works through "cTrader, DXtrade, and Match-Trader". The account builder on the challenge page offered only MT5 when we checked. Confirm your platform at checkout.
The rules live in three places: a public FAQ with 111 entries, the terms and conditions (with a list of prohibited trading practices and a short Schedule A of program terms), and the challenge page. Read all three, because they don't always match.
Programs and prices
FFF sells two evaluations and two instant accounts. Prices below are list prices from the challenge page and Schedule A of the terms, checked on 28 October 2026, before any coupon. The two sources match.
Three paid add-ons are offered at checkout on every plan except where noted. Each is priced as a share of the account fee:
| Add-on | Extra cost | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| 90% Profit Split | +25% of the fee | Raises the split from 75% to 90% (not on Boost) |
| Double Leverage | +25% of the fee | 1:30 to 1:60 on forex; 1:10 to 1:20 on Boost |
| Hold Over Weekend | +5% of the fee | Lets you keep trades open over the weekend |
1 Step Challenge
One phase with a trailing loss limit.
- Make 10% to pass.
- 4% daily loss limit, counting open and closed losses.
- 6% trailing maximum loss that follows your equity highs and never moves down.
- Minimum 3 trading days, no time limit, no consistency rule.
- Funded split 75%, or 90% with the add-on.
| Account | Price | Target | Daily loss | Max loss (at start) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $59 | $500 | $200 | $300 |
| $10,000 | $99 | $1,000 | $400 | $600 |
| $25,000 | $189 | $2,500 | $1,000 | $1,500 |
| $50,000 | $319 | $5,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 |
| $100,000 | $529 | $10,000 | $4,000 | $6,000 |
Worked example, $50,000 1-Step. You start with a floor of $47,000 and $2,000 of room per day. You pass at $55,000. The floor is 6% below your highest equity, measured on open profit as well as closed. Run a trade up to $54,000 in equity and your floor jumps to $50,760, even if you never close it there. You're $1,000 from the target but only $3,240 above the floor, and a pullback to $50,760 ends the account while you're still showing a profit. That's how a trailing drawdown works, and FFF's version keeps trailing with no stated lock at breakeven.
2 Step Challenge
Two phases with a fixed loss limit. This is FFF's best-priced plan.
- Phase 1: make 10%. Phase 2: make 5%.
- 4% daily loss limit and 12% maximum loss, fixed from the starting balance.
- Minimum 3 trading days per phase, no time limit, no consistency rule.
- Funded split 75%, or 90% with the add-on.
| Account | Price | Phase 1 target | Phase 2 target | Daily loss | Max loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $49 | $500 | $250 | $200 | $600 |
| $10,000 | $89 | $1,000 | $500 | $400 | $1,200 |
| $25,000 | $159 | $2,500 | $1,250 | $1,000 | $3,000 |
| $50,000 | $289 | $5,000 | $2,500 | $2,000 | $6,000 |
| $100,000 | $499 | $10,000 | $5,000 | $4,000 | $12,000 |
Worked example, $50,000 2-Step. Your account can never go below $44,000, and you can lose up to $2,000 in a day. Reach $55,000 to clear phase 1, then $52,500 on the fresh phase 2 account. The floor stays at $44,000 however much profit you make, because this is static drawdown. A 12% total limit is wide for a two-step: you can lose the full daily limit on two separate days and still have $2,000 of room left. The FAQ doesn't list different limits for the funded stage.
Instant Static
No evaluation. You trade a funded account from day one, but with tight daily controls on both sides.
- 2% daily loss: hit it and the account pauses for the rest of the trading day. It's a soft lock, not a breach.
- 2% daily profit cap: make 2% and the account also locks for the rest of the day.
- 8% maximum loss, fixed.
- First payout after 10 trading days, then every 10 days. Split 75%, or 90% with the add-on.
| Account | Price | Daily loss (pause) | Daily profit cap | Max loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $179 | $100 | $100 | $400 |
| $10,000 | $379 | $200 | $200 | $800 |
| $25,000 | $1,099 | $500 | $500 | $2,000 |
| $50,000 | $2,399 | $1,000 | $1,000 | $4,000 |
| $100,000 | $4,799 | $2,000 | $2,000 | $8,000 |
Worked example, $10,000 Instant Static. Your floor is $9,200. On any day the account pauses at $200 down or locks at $200 up. Ten trading days at the full cap is $2,000, the most you can make before your first payout, and 75% of that is $1,500. You paid $379 for that chance. The profit cap also cuts winning days short, so a trend day that would have made you 4% stops at 2%.
The bigger sizes get expensive fast. A $100,000 Instant Static costs $4,799, nearly ten times the $499 2-Step at the same size.
Instant Boost
Boost is FFF's payout-focused instant account.
- No daily loss limit and a 3% static maximum loss.
- No profit target, minimum 3 trading days, payouts every 3 trading days.
- Split starts at 65% and rises with your payout record (see the payouts section).
- Leverage 1:10 on forex, metals and indices, 1:5 on crypto. The 90% split add-on isn't available.
- Largest account is $50,000, including merged accounts.
| Account | Price | Max loss | Floor |
|---|---|---|---|
| $2,500 | $49 | $75 | $2,425 |
| $5,000 | $99 | $150 | $4,850 |
| $10,000 | $199 | $300 | $9,700 |
| $25,000 | $499 | $750 | $24,250 |
| $50,000 | $999 | $1,500 | $48,500 |
Worked example, $2,500 Boost. You have $75 of total room and no daily limit. The FAQ sets the Boost minimum payout at $100 after the split, so at 65% you need about $154 in profit before you can withdraw anything, more than twice your entire loss allowance. The challenge page lists a $50 minimum instead, which would need about $77. On every Boost size the fee is about two-thirds of your total loss room ($999 for $1,500 on the $50,000), so treat Boost as a product for traders who rarely draw down at all.
Which Forex Funds Flow plan should you pick?
The 2-Step is the plan to look at first. It has the widest loss limit (12% static), the lowest prices, and no deadline. Two targets before you're funded is the trade-off, but 10% then 5% with 12% of room is a fair test.
Pick the 1-Step if you want one phase and you bank profits steadily. The trailing 6% floor punishes traders who let open profits run and then give them back. If your trades often go +2R before stopping out at breakeven, the trailing floor will feel tighter than 6%.
Instant Static is hard to justify on price. You pay $179 to $4,799, your daily upside is capped at 2%, and you wait 10 trading days for a first payout. It suits only a trader who needs to skip an evaluation and is happy taking small, regular gains.
Instant Boost gives the fastest payouts, every 3 trading days, but the 3% floor is unforgiving and the split starts at 65%. It works for a very consistent scalper or intraday trader who rarely loses more than a fraction of a percent.
Measured by cost per $1K of funding, the cheapest option is the $100,000 2-Step at $4.99 per $1K, and it's also the best value with real room to trade. The $100,000 1-Step is next at $5.29 per $1K. Boost runs about $19.60 to $19.98 per $1K and Instant Static $35.80 to $47.99.
If you plan to take a payout, price in the split add-on. On the $50,000 2-Step it costs about $72 (25% of $289). The extra 15 points of split pay for it once your total withdrawn profit passes $480.
Trading rules in practice
Drawdown and the daily reset
FFF uses a trailing maximum loss on the 1-Step and fixed limits on the other three plans. The 1-Step trails your equity, not just closed balance, so open profit raises the floor.
The daily loss limit on both challenges is 4%, but the wording is muddled. The 1-Step FAQ says it's 4% of your "starting balance/equity (whichever is higher)", then adds a note that it's "always based on your starting balance, not your current equity". The 2-Step answer uses the "whichever is higher" wording. The safe reading: the amount is 4% of the starting account size, measured from the higher of your balance or equity when the day starts. If you go into a day with open profit, expect the limit to sit closer than you think.
FFF doesn't publish a daily reset time or time zone on any page we read. The FAQ talks about a "trading day" and a "24-hour" lock on Instant Static without saying when that day begins. Ask support in writing before your first trade and keep the reply.
Leverage and fees
Leverage is set per market:
| Market | 1-Step, 2-Step, Instant Static | Instant Boost |
|---|---|---|
| Forex | 1:30 | 1:10 |
| Metals | 1:20 | 1:10 |
| Indices | 1:20 | 1:10 |
| Oil | 1:10 | not stated |
| Crypto | 1:5 | 1:5 |
The Double Leverage add-on lifts forex to 1:60 (1:20 on Boost), and the FAQ says it doubles all Boost leverage. At 1:30, a $10,000 account controls up to $300,000 of currency, which is far more than you can safely use under a 4% daily limit.
There's also a margin cap. Using 80% or more of your available margin, on one trade or across open trades combined, is banned as "all-or-nothing" trading. First breach is a warning, second a final warning, third a breach.
FFF doesn't publish commissions, spreads or swap rates on its public pages, so we can't give you a round-trip cost. Check the symbol specifications in your platform before you trade.
News, weekends and overnight
News is the strictest rule here. For high-impact (red-folder) news on USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and CAD:
- You can't open or close trades, or have pending orders or stops trigger, from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after the release.
- To hold through the release, the trade must have been opened at least 5 hours earlier. Anything newer must be closed before the window starts.
- In the challenge phases, breaking this follows a three-strike system: two warnings, then a breach and a profit deduction.
- On a funded account, news trading is "strictly prohibited" and a violation is a breach. There are no warnings.
The Boost FAQ says swing traders may hold trades opened 5+ hours before news, so the hold-through route seems to apply on funded accounts too. Get that confirmed in writing before you rely on it.
Overnight holding is allowed. Weekend holding isn't, unless you bought the weekend add-on: all trades have to be closed by 4:59 PM EST on Friday. On a $289 2-Step, the add-on costs about $14.
EAs, copy trading and hedging
- EAs: the FAQ says they've been "temporarily disabled by our broker", so they're not allowed. The terms say EAs are allowed "only if approved by our team". Go with the FAQ unless support approves your EA in writing.
- VPN, VPS and proxies: banned. Trades must be placed manually from your real location. Mobile hotspots and dynamic IPs are fine, and you should tell support before you travel.
- Copy trading: allowed between up to two of your own FFF accounts. Copying from a personal account, another prop firm, signal groups or other traders isn't.
- Hedging: banned in every form, including buy and sell on the same symbol in one account, opposite trades across your FFF accounts, and hedging against another firm.
- Group trading is banned, as are grid trading, arbitrage, HFT, tick scalping and lot stacking.
Position limits and trade behavior
These conduct rules catch more traders than the loss limits:
| Rule | Limit | Penalty |
|---|---|---|
| Open positions | Max 3 at once, across all symbols | Warning, then breach |
| Minimum trade duration | 2 minutes, including stop loss and take profit hits | Warning, final warning, breach |
| Margin use | Under 80% of available margin | Warning, final warning, breach |
| One-sided trading | Under 85% of trades in one direction | Not stated |
| Martingale | No bigger lot after a loss, and no adding to a winner | Not stated |
Two of these deserve a closer look. The martingale rule bans increasing lot size on a winning position, not just averaging down, so pyramiding into a trend is out. The one-sided rule means a trader who mostly buys gold in an uptrend can fall foul of it with 17 buys and 1 sell. Placing tiny 0.01-lot trades to balance the record is also banned.
There's also a maximum lot size per account size, but FFF doesn't publish the numbers on the pages we read.
Consistency, time limits and inactivity
There's no consistency rule on the challenges or on Boost, and no time limit to pass. You do need to trade: if you place no trades within 30 days of activating a challenge, it's breached with no refund. On funded accounts, 30 days without a trade lets FFF close the account permanently. The exception is a trader at the funding cap who is rotating accounts.
How much you can hold
FFF caps funded capital at $100,000 per trader across all active accounts. You can buy up to $200,000 of challenges at once, but you can only activate $100,000 of funded accounts at a time and must pause one to switch. Boost purchases are capped at $100,000 in total, with $50,000 as the largest single or merged Boost account.
How payouts work
Payout timing depends on the plan:
| Plan | First payout | After that | Split |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Step | 3 trading days and 2 weeks after your first funded trade | Every 2 weeks | 75%, or 90% with add-on |
| 2-Step | Not spelled out in the FAQ | Bi-weekly | 75%, or 90% with add-on |
| Instant Static | After 10 trading days | Every 10 days | 75%, or 90% with add-on |
| Instant Boost | After 3 trading days | Every 3 trading days | 65% rising to 80% |
The Boost split rises with your payout count:
| Payouts completed | Boost split |
|---|---|
| 0 to 2 | 65% |
| 3 to 5 | 70% |
| 6 to 8 | 75% |
| 9 or more | 80% |
FFF's own pages disagree on several details that affect payouts:
| Topic | What one page says | What another says |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum payout | General FAQ: $50; challenge page: $50 on Boost and Instant Static | 1-Step, Instant Static and Boost FAQ answers: $100 |
| EAs | FAQ: disabled, not allowed | Terms: allowed if approved |
| Maximum funding | FAQ: $100,000 across all accounts | VIP page: scaling to $200,000 and beyond |
| Platforms | FAQ and homepage: MT5 and Match Trader | Terms: cTrader, DXtrade and Match-Trader |
Plan around $100 as the minimum. It matters most on small Boost accounts.
Processing time isn't stated for regular accounts. The giveaway-account FAQ says payouts are processed "typically 24–72 hours", and the About page says "as fast as 3 days". Trustpilot reviewers describe much longer waits (see below).
Payout methods aren't listed on the pages we read. Challenges are paid by card at a Stripe checkout, and the site shows Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and crypto logos.
Fee refund: none. The return policy says all sales are final, with no refunds, chargebacks or cancellations "under any circumstances".
Identity checks: FFF's AML policy says individuals are verified with a government ID, facial recognition and proof of address. It doesn't say when in the process KYC happens, so have documents ready before your first payout.
Scaling. The VIP page describes a Core scaling plan: every 60 days on the same account, hit +20% (or "accumulate payouts consecutively"), trade at least 10 days and stay within 6% drawdown, and the account steps up one size, from $5,000 through $10,000, $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 to $200,000. Above that, a "VIP" path lists ranks from $200,000 up to "$2M+" with higher splits, monthly salaries and perks. These pages sit awkwardly with the FAQ's $100,000 cap, and FFF doesn't publish any evidence that traders have reached those ranks. Treat them as aspirations.
Who can sign up
You must be 18 or over. FFF's FAQ excludes residents of Somalia, Tanzania, North Korea, Angola, Venezuela, Haiti, Croatia, Iran, the West Bank and Palestine, Mali, Sudan, Burkina Faso, Myanmar, Yemen, South Sudan, Mozambique, Monaco, Cameroon, Congo and Côte d'Ivoire. Croatia and Monaco are unusual entries for a sanctions-based list, so check it carefully even if you live in Europe.
The US isn't on the list, and FFF doesn't publish any US-specific restriction. The terms add that FFF won't serve anyone in sanctioned countries and can refuse service on compliance grounds. If you're unsure, ask support before you buy, because fees aren't refundable.
Reputation
On Trustpilot, Forex Funds Flow scores 3.5 out of 5 from 256 reviews, checked on 28 October 2026. The split is sharply divided: 69% five-star and 22% one-star, with very little in between. FFF claimed its profile in May 2025, pays for a Trustpilot subscription, and had replied to 46% of negative reviews, typically within a week. See the Trustpilot page.
The positive reviews mostly mention helpful support agents, regular payouts and simple rules. The recent negative reviews, from August to October 2026, are dominated by payout problems: approved withdrawals still unpaid after two weeks or more, new payouts blocked until old ones clear, and slow or unhelpful support. Several reviewers mention a long maintenance outage, and several one-star reviewers allege that FFF offered rewards for five-star reviews. We can't verify those claims, but the pattern of recent reviews is a warning sign for a firm this young.
We found no coverage of Forex Funds Flow by Finance Magnates, FX News Group or FinanceFeeds, and no regulator action naming it, as of 28 October 2026. FFF doesn't publish a payout ledger or total-paid figure.

- City Traders Imperium: worth a look if you want cheaper funding ($4.49 vs $4.99 per $1K), a higher split (up to 100% vs 90%) and on demand payouts.
- Hola Prime: worth a look if you want a higher split (up to 95% vs 90%), on demand payouts and cTrader or TradeLocker.
Mistakes to avoid at Forex Funds Flow
- Adding to a winning trade. FFF's martingale rule covers increasing size on a winner, not just averaging down. Decide your size at entry and leave it.
- Closing inside 2 minutes. A stop loss or take profit that fills in under 2 minutes still counts. Avoid very tight stops on fast markets, and use the full 2 minutes on any scalp.
- Trading news on a funded account. In the challenge you get warnings; funded, one red-folder trade in the 5-minute window is a breach. Anything opened less than 5 hours before USD, EUR, GBP, JPY or CAD news must be closed before the window.
- Forgetting Friday. Without the weekend add-on, everything must be closed by 4:59 PM EST on Friday.
- Trading only one direction. If 85% or more of your trades are buys (or sells), you break the one-sided rule. Don't try to fix it with 0.01-lot trades.
- Treating the 1-Step floor as fixed. It trails your equity highs. Bank or trail profit, or the floor will catch up with you.
Before you buy: checklist
- Confirm the platform at checkout. The FAQ, terms and account builder don't agree.
- Ask support in writing for the daily reset time and time zone.
- Decide now if you need the 90% split or weekend add-on, and add 25% or 5% of the fee to your budget.
- Check that your strategy fits 3 open positions, a 2-minute minimum hold and no pyramiding.
- Read the prohibited practices list in the terms and the FAQ's "Prohibited Trading Strategies" section in full.
- Read the latest Trustpilot reviews and start with a small account until you've been paid once.
- Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our Forex Funds Flow coupon page for how to apply it.
Our verdict
Forex Funds Flow's 2-Step is cheap and roomy on paper: $499 for a $100,000 account with a 12% static loss limit, no deadline and no consistency rule. A disciplined manual day trader who stays away from news can pass it.
The problem is everything after that. A 75% default split, a funded news ban, many conduct rules that each end in a breach, documents that contradict each other, and a run of recent Trustpilot complaints about unpaid withdrawals. Taken together, the risk sits in getting paid rather than in passing. If you try FFF, buy a small 2-Step, follow every rule literally, and take a first payout before you put more money in.
