On Trustpilot's 1-star filter, 8 of the 20 most recent reviews (dated 2026-08-08 to 2026-10-12) describe payouts, rewards or a competition prize denied, withheld or delayed. In replies to three of them the firm said that a shared-IP finding alone was not the basis, that seven client sections were registered under matching personal details, that evidence involving other traders could not be shared, and that requested rewards were paid while unrequested profits are not paid on account closure. These are reviewer claims and were not verified.
