    About eight Trustpilot reviews posted 1-21 Oct 2026 say payouts were cut to a 10% split after a rule flag, held as 'Pending', or the account was closed after a payout request. The firm replied to one, saying a written decision had been sent and the closure followed a risk review under its terms. The 10% reduction after a strike is a documented rule in the firm's help center. Unverified trader claims; no news or regulator report found.
