Earn2Trade is a futures prop firm that sells its evaluations as monthly subscriptions. You trade CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT futures (equity indices, energy, metals, currencies, grains and rates) on platforms including Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradingView and Rithmic. There are two exams: the Trader Career Path ($150 to $350 a month, $25,000 to $100,000) and the Gauntlet Mini ($170 to $550 a month, $50,000 to $200,000). Pass, and a partner firm offers you a LiveSim or Live account with weekly withdrawals.
The catch is the split and the hard rules. Funded profit is split 50/50 until a single withdrawal reaches a size threshold ($2,250 on a $50,000 account), and only then 80/20. A $139 activation fee comes out of your first profitable withdrawal. Going one contract over the progression ladder, or touching the daily loss limit, fails you instantly, and you must be flat by 3:50pm Central every day. Earn2Trade also publishes its own pass rate: 8.89% in 2025. This review covers the numbers in full.
The short version
- Best for: disciplined intraday futures traders who size up gradually, are happy to be flat every afternoon, and want news trading and no minimum days.
- Not for: swing or overnight traders, anyone who wants a one-time fee, and traders who might fat-finger a contract size.
- Biggest strength: transparency and structure. Earn2Trade publishes its pass and withdrawal rates, the Trader Career Path includes a free reset with every monthly rebill, and its Trustpilot team replies to almost every complaint.
- Biggest risk: the hard-fail rules. One trade above your ladder limit, or a daily loss that touches the limit on open P&L, ends the attempt.
- Our score: 3.0 out of 5. Good payout terms and clear rules, held back by monthly pricing, the 50% starting split and a founding date we couldn't confirm.
Who runs Earn2Trade
Earn2Trade's help center lists its registered address as Earn2Trade LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming. When we checked from outside the US, the website redirected to a version run by its franchise partner, Bahia Education Services LLC in Dubai (UAE licence 1053489), which says it is an authorised reseller of Earn2Trade products in the MENA region. We read the non-US version, and its terms are governed by UAE federal law, with disputes going to negotiation, then non-binding mediation and arbitration in Dubai. We didn't find a founding year in Earn2Trade's documents. Its Trustpilot profile was claimed in November 2018.
The evaluation is simulated, with real-time market data. When you pass, Earn2Trade forwards your results to an unnamed proprietary trading partner, which offers either a LiveSim account (simulated, but withdrawals are real) or a Live account (real capital). You can hold up to 3 funded accounts, and only 1 of them can be Live.
The rules are spread across product pages and a help center. They're detailed, but some key numbers, like the progression ladder, are published only as images. Read the help center's evaluation rules, withdrawal policy and fee schedule before you subscribe.
Programs and prices
Prices are the "starting at" monthly prices on Earn2Trade's product pages, checked on 28 October 2026. An anniversary promotion was running at the time, which we ignore. Subscriptions renew every 30 days until you cancel, and Earn2Trade has a strict no-refund policy on first purchases and renewals.
Both exams share these rules:
- End-of-day trailing drawdown that stops trailing once it reaches the starting balance.
- A daily loss limit that's a hard fail, counting open and closed P&L plus commissions.
- A 30% consistency rule: no day can be more than 30% of total profit. In practice that means at least four profitable days.
- The progression ladder: a maximum number of contracts that grows with profit. Ten micros count as one standard contract.
- All positions closed by 3:50pm CT. No minimum days, no time limit, and news trading is allowed.
Trader Career Path
The flagship route, with a free reset after every monthly rebill and a Growth Plan to bigger Live accounts.
| Account | Monthly price | Profit goal | EOD drawdown | Daily loss | Max contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TCP25 ($25,000) | $150 | $1,750 | $1,500 | $550 | 3 |
| TCP50 ($50,000) | $190 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $1,100 | 6 |
| TCP100 ($100,000) | $350 | $6,000 | $3,500 | $2,200 | 12 |
The contract limit is reached in steps:
| Profit so far | TCP25 | TCP50 | TCP100 |
|---|---|---|---|
| $0 to $1,500 | 2 | 2 | 3 |
| $1,501 to $2,000 | 3 | 4 | 6 |
| $2,001 to $3,000 | 3 | 6 | 6 |
| $3,001 to $4,500 | 3 | 6 | 9 |
| Above $4,500 | 3 | 6 | 12 |
Worked example, TCP50. You pay $190 a month. Your minimum balance starts at $48,000. Close a day at $51,000 and it rises to $49,000; once a day closes at $52,000 or higher, it stops at $50,000. Your daily loss limit is $1,100, counted from 5pm to 5pm Central. You can trade 2 contracts until you're $1,500 up, 4 until $2,000, then 6. You pass at $53,000, and if you finish exactly there, no single day can have made more than $900.
The Growth Plan. On the Trader Career Path, you advance by withdrawing the profit target at each level. From TCP25, the path runs $25,000 (LiveSim or Live), then Live accounts of $50,000, $100,000 and $200,000. From TCP50 it runs to $400,000. The $200,000 and $400,000 Live accounts use a fixed drawdown (the $200,000 floor is $194,000), and the $400,000 account pays a fixed 60/40 split.
Gauntlet Mini
A one-step exam with bigger sizes. It doesn't include the free reset or the Growth Plan.
| Account | Monthly price | Profit goal | EOD drawdown | Daily loss | Max contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GAU50 ($50,000) | $170 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $1,100 | 6 |
| GAU100 ($100,000) | $315 | $6,000 | $3,500 | $2,200 | 12 |
| GAU150 ($150,000) | $375 | $9,000 | $4,500 | $3,300 | 15 |
| GAU200 ($200,000) | $550 | $11,000 | $6,000 | $4,400 | 16 |
| Profit so far | GAU50 | GAU100 | GAU150 | GAU200 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $0 to $1,500 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| $1,501 to $2,000 | 4 | 6 | 6 | 7 |
| $2,001 to $3,000 | 6 | 6 | 6 | 7 |
| $3,001 to $4,500 | 6 | 9 | 9 | 10 |
| Above $4,500 | 6 | 12 | 15 | 16 |
Worked example, GAU100. You pay $315 a month. The minimum balance starts at $96,500 and locks at $100,000 once a day closes at $103,500. Your daily limit is $2,200. You start on 3 contracts and reach 12 after $4,500 of profit. You pass at $106,000. If your best day was $2,400, you'd need $8,000 of total profit instead, because $2,400 has to be no more than 30% of the total.
Which Earn2Trade plan should you pick?
Measured by monthly cost per $1K of funding, the GAU150 is cheapest at $2.50 per $1K per month ($375 for $150,000). Including the $139 activation fee you'll pay once funded, it's $3.43 per $1K. The GAU100 ($3.15) and TCP100 ($3.50) are close behind.
Pick the Trader Career Path if you expect more than one month or more than one attempt. A free reset with every rebill effectively turns a failed month into another try, and the Growth Plan is the only way to reach $200,000 and $400,000 Live accounts. TCP50 at $190 is the sweet spot: room for 6 contracts and a $2,000 drawdown.
Pick the Gauntlet Mini if you want a bigger account straight away and think you can pass inside a month. The GAU50 is $20 a month cheaper than the TCP50 with identical numbers, but it has no free reset.
Avoid the TCP25 unless you trade micros only. $150 a month buys a $1,500 drawdown and a 3-contract cap, the worst ratio in the lineup at $6.00 per $1K per month.
Trading rules in practice
Drawdown and the daily reset
| Account | Drawdown type | How it moves |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluation | End of day | Rises with each day's closing balance, stops at the starting balance |
| LiveSim | End of day | Same as the evaluation |
| Live ($25,000 to $150,000) | Trailing | Rises dollar for dollar during the day, stops at the starting balance |
| Live $200,000 and $400,000 | Fixed | Never moves |
The end-of-day drawdown is only updated at the daily close, but open losses still count: if a running trade takes your equity below the minimum balance, the evaluation fails. Earn2Trade says the new minimum is processed during the 4pm to 5pm CT close in Rithmic.
The trading day runs from 5pm to 5pm Central Time. That's 6pm to 6pm in New York and, for most of the year, 11pm to 11pm in London.
Trading hours and holding
You can trade from each market's open, generally 5pm CT. All positions and working orders must be closed by 3:50pm CT, and stay flat until 5pm. Some products close earlier: GF, HE and LE by 1:05pm CT, and grain contracts (ZC, ZS, ZW and others) between 7:45am and 8:30am CT and again from 1:20pm.
No overnight and no weekend holding, in the evaluation or once funded. Exchange holidays follow the CME calendar.
Contract limits
The progression ladder is the rule that ends the most attempts. It caps the total contracts you can have open across all positions, based on your profit at that moment. Exceeding it, even for a second, is a hard fail, and the same ladder applies on funded accounts. Ten micros (MES, MNQ, MYM, M2K, MGC, MCL, M6B, M6E, MHG) count as one standard contract.
Set a contract limit in your platform before you trade. Several Trustpilot complaints describe a single order entered with too many contracts.
Fees and commissions
During the evaluation you pay commissions that mirror the partner firm's schedule, set by exchange. Earn2Trade's help center gives micro contracts at $0.82 to $1.20 per contract per side. Rates for full-size contracts are shown only in images on its site.
Example. Ten round trips of 1 micro contract cost $16.40 to $24.00, and that counts against your daily loss limit like any loss. If you scalp 5 micros twenty times a day, that's $164 to $240, up to 22% of a $1,100 daily limit.
Data fees are included in the evaluation for non-professional traders. Professionals pay $140 a month per exchange. On a Live account you pay CME data fees of $140 a month per exchange on Rithmic or $156 on NinjaTrader.
News, EAs and copy trading
News trading is allowed in the evaluation and on funded accounts. There's no news window.
Earn2Trade doesn't address trading bots directly. Its prohibited conduct list rules out software, AI or ultra-fast data entry that manipulates the environment or gives an unfair advantage, and "an unrealistic number of contracts in a single day". The terms also ban bots used to access or manipulate the service, so ask support in writing before running an automated strategy. Trade copiers are banned on every program, including funded accounts. Pass several accounts with a copier and you'll get only one funded account and no refund on the rest.
Hedging or pooling risk across unrelated accounts, trading between connected accounts, spoofing and trading for someone else are banned. Penalties run from a warning to deleting the day's trades, resetting the account or closing it.
Consistency and minimum days
There are no minimum trading days. The 30% consistency rule applies only in the evaluation, and it counts losing days as well. Divide your best day by 0.3 to see the total profit you need. Funded LiveSim and Live accounts have no consistency rule.
Account limits and dormancy
You can run up to 5 evaluations at once, 3 funded accounts, and 1 Live account. Accounts must be in your legal name, not an LLC, and the name can't be changed later. The terms say an account with no dashboard login or contact for over 120 days is disabled until you ask for it back.
How payouts work
Withdrawals are processed weekly on Wednesdays. Email your request by 2pm CT on the Friday before. There are no minimum trading days and no buffer requirement.
- Minimum: $100 net.
- Split: set by the size of each single withdrawal, not your total profit.
- Activation fee: $139 per LiveSim account for non-professional traders, deducted from your first profitable withdrawal. If you never withdraw, you never pay it.
| Account | Threshold per withdrawal | Below it | At or above it |
|---|---|---|---|
| TCP25 | $1,500 | 50% | 80% |
| TCP50, GAU50 | $2,250 | 50% | 80% |
| TCP100, GAU100 | $3,000 | 50% | 80% |
| TCP150, GAU150 | $4,000 | 50% | 80% |
| TCP200, GAU200 | $5,000 | 50% | 80% |
| TCP400 | None | 60% | 60% |
Example. On a TCP50 LiveSim account, withdrawing $2,000 pays you $1,000. Wait until you can withdraw $2,250 and you get $1,800. On your first withdrawal, the $139 activation fee and any method fee come out too. Batching profit into withdrawals above the threshold is worth 30 percentage points.
LiveSim caps. A LiveSim account has a total withdrawal cap before you're moved to a Live account: $1,750 on TCP25, $3,000 on TCP50, $6,000 on TCP100 and $5,000 on every Gauntlet Mini size.
Methods and fees.
| Method | Fee |
|---|---|
| Rise | $50 per withdrawal (non-US), 1.5% (US) |
| Deel | $50 per withdrawal |
| Bayzat | $5 to $40 |
| Direct crypto | 0.735%, select cases only |
Earn2Trade chooses the provider, and Rise doesn't pay traders in Iowa, Minnesota, South Carolina, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or Haiti.
Fee refund. None. Earn2Trade has a strict no-refund policy, and the only fee relief is the Trader Career Path's free reset after each monthly rebill. Resets otherwise cost $100 on TCP100 and GAU100, $130 on GAU150 and $155 on GAU200, and are priced below a new subscription on the smaller sizes.
Paperwork. Non-US traders complete a W-8BEN form with a foreign tax ID and formal identification after receiving a funding offer.
Scaling. On the Trader Career Path, the Growth Plan moves you to bigger Live accounts as you withdraw each target. The Gauntlet Mini has no growth plan.
Who can sign up
You must be 18 or older. Citizens of these countries can't get funded: Afghanistan, Albania, Azerbaijan, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Cuba, Gibraltar, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Libya, Mali, Nauru, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen. Earn2Trade says users from newly sanctioned countries can't continue or reset, and those purchases aren't refunded.
US traders deal with Earn2Trade LLC. When we visited from outside the US, we were redirected to the non-US site run by Bahia Education Services, whose terms apply there. Palestinian users are told to select Israel as their region, because the data provider doesn't list Palestine.
Reputation
On Trustpilot, Earn2Trade scores 4.5 out of 5 from 5,047 reviews, with 1,086 in the last 12 months, checked on 28 October 2026. The split is 86% five-star, 5% four-star, 1% three-star, under 1% two-star and 7% one-star. Earn2Trade claimed the profile in November 2018, pays for a Trustpilot subscription, invites customers to review, and had replied to 99% of negative reviews, typically within 48 hours. See the Trustpilot page.
Positive reviews mostly praise fast, polite support agents by name, a clear dashboard and well-explained rules. Negative reviews mostly describe instant failures for going over the contract limit or touching the daily loss limit, accounts lost after cancelling a subscription, platform lag or slippage on the newer Tradovate and TradingView setup, and support that didn't resolve disputes.
Earn2Trade's own disclosure is more useful than most firms' marketing. It says that in 2025, 8.89% of candidates passed the Trader Career Path or Gauntlet Mini (passed subscriptions against new subscriptions). Of those who passed or progressed, 5.23% traded a Live account and 94.77% a LiveSim account. 18.04% of Live accounts and 18.20% of LiveSim accounts had at least one withdrawal. So roughly one in five funded accounts got paid at least once.
We found no regulator actions or complaint reports about Earn2Trade in Finance Magnates, FX News Group or FinanceFeeds.

- Take Profit Trader: worth a look if you want a higher split (up to 90% vs 80%), on demand payouts and Quantower or MotiveWave.
- Top One Futures: worth a look if you want cheaper funding ($2.65 vs $3.43 per $1K), a higher split (up to 90% vs 80%) and daily payouts.
- TradeDay: worth a look if you want cheaper funding ($2.40 vs $3.43 per $1K), a higher split (up to 90% vs 80%) and on demand payouts.
Mistakes to avoid at Earn2Trade
- Entering one contract too many. The ladder is a hard fail. Set a maximum order size in your platform before your first trade.
- Treating the daily limit as a closing-price rule. Open losses and commissions count, and touching the limit fails the attempt.
- Holding past 3:50pm CT. Close everything well before, and earlier still on livestock and grain contracts.
- Withdrawing just below the threshold. $2,000 from a TCP50 pays $1,000. $2,250 pays $1,800.
- Cancelling the subscription mid-evaluation. The terms say cancelling forfeits access to your evaluation and SIM accounts, and you can't reset. Confirm with support before you cancel anything.
- Passing several accounts with a trade copier. You'll get one funded account and no refund on the others.
Before you buy: checklist
- Decide between the Trader Career Path (free resets, Growth Plan) and the Gauntlet Mini (bigger sizes).
- Read the progression ladder for your size and set platform order limits to match.
- Check the 3:50pm CT cut-off against your trading hours.
- Budget for at least two months of subscription, plus the $139 activation fee from your first withdrawal.
- Confirm your country of citizenship isn't on the list, and which payout methods serve your region.
- Plan withdrawals above your account's 80% threshold.
- Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our Earn2Trade coupon page for how to apply it.
Our verdict
Earn2Trade is a structured, rule-heavy futures exam for intraday traders. Its rules are public, its support replies to almost every complaint, and it's one of the few firms to publish how many traders pass (8.89% in 2025) and how many funded accounts get paid (about 18%). The Trader Career Path, with a free reset each month and a route to $400,000, is the better of the two products.
It's not cheap or forgiving. You pay monthly, keep only 50% of smaller withdrawals, and a single oversized order or a touch of the daily limit ends the attempt. If you trade small, flat by the afternoon and patient with withdrawals, it can work. If you want low cost or room for mistakes, the alternatives above are better value.

On Trustpilot it scores 4.5 from 5,047 reviews (checked Oct 28, 2026). We found no reported payout denials in the last 12 months in regulator notices, news or the firm's own announcements. No one can guarantee future payouts, so start with a smaller account and read the full terms before you buy.
How much does a Earn2Trade challenge cost?+
Plans start at $150 for a $25K account (Trader Career Path (TCP)), billed monthly until you pass. The largest account, $200K, costs $550 a month. Use code SCOUT at checkout.

Up to 80% on Trader Career Path (TCP) and Gauntlet Mini. Some firms reach the top split only after several payouts or with a paid add-on, so check the plan's terms.
How often does Earn2Trade pay out?+
Payouts are weekly. Methods: Rise, Deel, Crypto and Bayzat. The minimum withdrawal is $100.
Which countries can't join Earn2Trade?+

Is there a Earn2Trade coupon code?+
Try SCOUT at Earn2Trade's checkout. We haven't confirmed the saving yet; the checkout shows whether it applies and your final price before you pay.
Does Earn2Trade refund the subscription?+
No. It has a strict no-refund policy on purchases and renewals. The Trader Career Path gives one free reset after each monthly rebill instead.
What is the progression ladder?+
A cap on how many contracts you can have open, which rises as your profit grows. On a TCP50 it's 2 contracts until $1,500 profit, 4 until $2,000, then 6. Going over it fails the evaluation.
Can I hold trades overnight at Earn2Trade?+
No. All positions must be closed by 3:50pm CT every day, in the evaluation and on funded accounts.
Does Earn2Trade allow news trading?+
Yes, on the evaluation and on funded accounts. There's no restricted news window.
Does Earn2Trade have a consistency rule?+
In the evaluation, yes: no single day can be more than 30% of total profit, so you need at least four profitable days. Funded accounts have no consistency rule.
When does the daily loss limit reset?+
At 5pm Central Time. The limit counts open and closed P&L plus commissions from 5pm to 5pm.
Can I use a trade copier at Earn2Trade?+
No. Trade copiers are banned on every program, including funded accounts.
