    At least 7 of the 20 most recent 1-star Trustpilot reviews (2026-09-25 to 2026-10-27) describe payouts denied or rejected, citing reasons such as inconsistent IP addresses or possible third-party involvement, alleged hedging across accounts, 'excessive risk' or rules the trader says are not published. These are unverified trader claims; several 5-star reviews in the same period report fast payouts, and the firm's payout-transparency page shows 2,217 completed payouts (about $2.02M) for Sep 2026. The Terms say the firm may withhold, delay or deny a reward on reasonable suspicion of rule violations, fraud or manipulation. No news or regulator report found.
