    Several 1-star Trustpilot reviews from 10 Jun to 6 Jul 2026 say payouts were refused (e.g. $1,545 and $1,782) after the firm closed challenge accounts in Pakistan, or because the firm alleged gambling or one-sided betting patterns. In public replies (e.g. 7 Jul 2026) the firm said it closed all active challenge accounts in Pakistan, could not process pending payout requests on them, and refunded the product price. The firm told one trader its review found patterns aligned with gambling, punting or one-sided betting.
