Full MyFundedFutures review

17 min read · Updated Oct 28, 2026

MyFundedFutures (MFFU) is a US futures prop firm that sells one-step evaluations on CME Group markets: equity index, energy, metals, currency, grain and livestock futures. You trade through Tradovate (which also connects NinjaTrader and TradingView), Quantower, Hyperprop or DeepCharts. There are four plans, Rapid, Rapid EOD, Builder and Pro, priced from $105 for a $25,000 Builder account. Every plan has a 6% profit target, a max loss of 3% to 4% depending on size and no activation fee, and new purchases are a one-time payment instead of a monthly subscription.

The selling point is speed of payment. Rapid accounts can request a payout every 24 hours once you clear a buffer, with a 90% split. The catch is that each plan trades one set of rules for another: a consistency rule in the evaluation, an intraday trailing drawdown on the Rapid funded account, payout caps on Builder, and a 14-day wait on Pro. On top of that, positions close at 4:10 PM ET every day, and an account can be closed after 7 days without a trade. Below is how each plan works, with dollar examples.

The short version

  • Best for: intraday futures traders who want frequent payouts and no activation fee, and who don't hold overnight.
  • Not for: swing traders, news traders on funded accounts, and anyone who lives in one of the roughly 90 restricted countries.
  • Biggest strength: payouts. Rapid accounts can withdraw daily above the buffer at 90%, and about 80% of Rapid requests are auto-approved, per MFFU.
  • Biggest risk: the drawdown on a Rapid funded account trails your equity intraday, including open profit, so a winning trade that reverses can take you out.
  • Our score: 3.4 out of 5. Payouts score top marks, but it's cheaper than only about a third of the futures firms we track, and it doesn't publish a founding year.

Who runs MyFundedFutures

The terms of service name the operator as MyFunded Futures, LLC. They don't give a street address or state of formation, but the terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes go to binding JAMS arbitration in Collin County, Texas, with a class action waiver; small claims are allowed. The footer copyright runs from 2023, but MFFU doesn't state a founding year.

Finance Magnates names Matthew Leech as CEO, the founder of MyFundedFX (now SeacrestFunded). It reported on 28 July 2025 that MFFU was working toward becoming an NFA- and CFTC-registered introducing broker but didn't yet appear in the NFA's database. A 21 May 2026 piece still described that as an intention. We found nothing confirming a registration.

Evaluations and funded accounts are simulated. The terms call the account funds "fictitious," and payouts are based on simulated profits subject to rule checks. Traders who keep getting paid can be moved to a live account; the Builder articles name Blue Row Capital as the live account provider.

The rulebook is MFFU's help center, which has one article per plan and size with exact numbers. That's genuinely useful. It also means rules are spread across dozens of pages, and a few of them disagree, which we cover below.

Programs and prices

Prices are list prices on MFFU's checkout page, checked on 28 October 2026, before any discount code. All are one-time payments for accounts bought from 25 August 2026. There's no activation fee on any plan, and MFFU doesn't publish reset prices on the pages we read.

Rapid

The flagship, built around daily payouts.

  • Evaluation: 6% target, end-of-day trailing max loss, no daily loss limit, 50% consistency rule, minimum 2 trading days. Tier 1 news trading allowed.
  • Sim-funded: the max loss trails your equity high intraday, including open profit, and locks at $100. No consistency rule, no daily loss limit. No trading through Tier 1 news.
  • Payouts: every 24 hours once you've cleared the buffer, $500 minimum, 90% split. The checkout page says up to $10,000 profit per day.
AccountPriceTargetMax lossContractsPayout bufferPer $1K
$25,000$145$1,500$1,0003 minis / 30 micros$1,100$5.80

$150,000$463$9,000$4,50010 minis / 100 micros$4,600$3.09

Worked example, $50,000 Rapid. In the evaluation your floor starts at $48,000 and moves up with each day's closing balance. Close a day at $51,000 and the floor is $49,000 the next morning. You pass at $53,000, as long as no single day made 50% or more of your profit: if your best day is $1,800, you need more than $3,600 total, so you'd keep trading past the target. On the sim-funded account, the $2,000 limit follows your highest equity in real time. If a trade is up $1,500 and you let it come back to breakeven, your floor has already moved up $1,500. Once you've banked $2,100 in realized profit, the floor locks at $100 and you can withdraw $500 or more each day above that buffer, keeping 90%.

Rapid EOD

Same daily payouts, but the drawdown only updates at the end of the day, in both stages.

  • Evaluation: 6% target, end-of-day trailing max loss, no daily loss limit, 30% consistency rule, minimum 4 trading days.
  • Sim-funded: end-of-day trailing max loss that locks at $100. No consistency rule. No Tier 1 news. Up to 3 sim-funded accounts.
  • Payouts: daily, $500 minimum, 90% split. After the first one, the next becomes available after $250 (25K) or $500 (50K) of new net profit.
AccountPriceTargetMax lossContractsPayout bufferPer $1K
$25,000$145$1,500$1,0002 minis / 20 micros$1,100$5.80
$50,000$225$3,000$2,0003 minis / 30 micros$2,100$4.50

Worked example, $25,000 Rapid EOD. Your floor starts at $24,000 and only moves after the close. You need $26,500 to pass, over at least 4 days, and no day can be more than 30% of the total. On a $1,500 target, that means no single day above $450, so in practice you'll need four or more similar days. In exchange, an intraday swing in your favor that comes back doesn't move your floor on the funded account, unlike on the Rapid plan.

Builder

The cheapest plan, with a soft daily limit and payout caps.

  • Evaluation: 6% target, end-of-day trailing max loss that locks at your starting balance plus $100, no consistency rule, minimum 1 trading day. Tier 1 news allowed.
  • Soft daily loss limit: hitting it pauses trading for the rest of the session. It doesn't fail the account.
  • Sim-funded: starts at a $0 balance with an end-of-day trailing max loss. News allowed. One active sim-funded Builder account per user (two on the 25K).
  • Payouts: first request 48 hours after your first trade, at least 2 qualifying days per cycle, best day no more than 50% of the cycle's profit, 80% split, capped per request. Up to 5 sim payouts, then a move to live.
AccountPriceTargetMax lossSoft daily limitContractsPayout min / maxPer $1K

$150,000$398$9,000$4,500$2,5009 minis$1,500 / $4,500$2.65

A 50K variant with a tighter $1,500 max loss sells for $125.

Worked example, $50,000 Builder. In the evaluation your floor starts at $48,000, rises with your end-of-day balance and stops at $50,100. You could pass in one day by closing at $53,000, with no consistency rule to slow you down. Lose $1,000 in a session and trading pauses until the next one. On the sim-funded account you start at $0 with a floor of −$2,000. You need $2,100 banked (the buffer) plus $500, so a $2,600 balance, before the first request. Each payout is capped at $2,000, of which you keep $1,600.

Pro

Bigger payouts, slower schedule.

  • Evaluation: 6% target, end-of-day max loss, no daily loss limit, 50% consistency rule, minimum 2 trading days.
  • One Day to Pass add-on (50K): $4,000 target, no consistency rule, 1 minimum day. It was listed at $114 on the checkout page.
  • Sim-funded: end-of-day max loss, no consistency rule, no daily loss limit, 80% split. No Tier 1 news. After the first payout, the floor becomes static at the starting balance plus $100.
  • Payouts: eligible 14 calendar days after your first trade, $1,000 minimum, up to $100,000 per trader in the sim stage.
AccountPriceTargetMax lossContractsPayout bufferPer $1K

$150,000$557$9,000$4,5009 minis$4,600$3.71

Worked example, $100,000 Pro. Your evaluation floor starts at $97,000 and rises with end-of-day balances. You pass at $106,000, with no day making half of the profit. Once funded, you wait at least 14 days from your first trade, clear the $3,100 buffer and request $1,000 or more, keeping 80%. After that first payout your floor is fixed at $100,100 for good.

Which MyFundedFutures plan should you pick?

Builder is the cheapest and the easiest to pass: no consistency rule, a 1-day minimum and a soft daily limit that pauses you instead of failing you. The catch is on the payout side, with a cap per request, a 50% consistency check every cycle and 80% split. It's a good first account.

Rapid suits experienced intraday traders who want cash quickly at 90%. Be honest about how you handle open profit. If you often let winners come back, the intraday trailing drawdown on the funded account will hurt.

Rapid EOD is Rapid with a calmer drawdown, at the cost of a 30% consistency rule and 4 minimum days in the evaluation. It's only sold at 25K and 50K. For many traders this is the best balance between rules and payouts.

Pro is for traders who expect large months and want room to withdraw them. The 14-day wait and $1,000 minimum make it slow, and at the 100K and 150K sizes it costs more per $1K than any other plan.

By cost per $1,000 of funding, the cheapest option is the $150,000 Builder at $2.65 per $1K. Among the 90% plans, the $150,000 Rapid at $3.09 per $1K is the best value.

Trading rules in practice

Drawdown and the trading day

Every MFFU plan uses a trailing max loss of 4% on the 25K and 50K sizes and 3% on the 100K and 150K sizes, but how it trails differs:

PlanEvaluationSim-funded
RapidEnd-of-dayIntraday, from equity high, locks at $100
Rapid EODEnd-of-dayEnd-of-day, locks at $100
BuilderEnd-of-day, locks at start + $100End-of-day, from a $0 start
ProEnd-of-dayEnd-of-day, static after first payout

End-of-day drawdown only moves on your closing balance, but open losses still count at the check. Only Builder has a daily loss limit, and it's a soft pause, not a breach.

Trading opens at 6:00 PM ET with the Globex session and runs until 4:10 PM ET, when MFFU automatically closes any open positions on normal trading days. On holiday half-days there's no auto-close: you have to flatten yourself, and failing to do so can breach the account. Repeatedly forcing orders after 4:10 PM can also disqualify you.

Contract limits and fees

Each plan and size has a fixed cap on contracts (see the tables), with 10 micros counting as one mini. MFFU publishes its round-trip costs per contract in the futures instrument list:

ContractRound trip
ES or NQ$4.68
MES or MNQ$1.90
CL$4.92
GC$5.12
YM$5.76

So a full-size trade with 5 NQ contracts on a $50,000 Rapid costs $23.40 in and out. Do that ten times in a session and you've spent $234, more than 10% of your $2,000 max loss.

News, weekends and overnight

Tier 1 releases are FOMC meetings and minutes, the employment report and CPI for everyone, plus EIA for energy traders and agricultural reports for grain traders. On Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro sim-funded accounts, you must have no positions or orders (including resting limits) from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after the release. For an 8:30 release, that's flat by 8:28:00 and nothing new until 8:32:00. Evaluations and Builder accounts can trade news. Straddles and strangles around any release are banned everywhere.

There's no overnight or weekend holding. Positions close at 4:10 PM ET every day.

Bots, copying and hedging

Automated strategies are allowed as long as they don't aim to exploit simulated fills; high-frequency trading isn't. Copying another trader is prohibited, and so is sharing a device with another trader. MFFU's pages don't cover copying across your own accounts, so ask support before you set up a copier. Hedging of any kind is prohibited, including opposite positions on the same underlying in different sizes, such as long NQ and short MNQ. Exploiting the lack of slippage with very tight brackets is also banned.

Minimum activity

Accounts bought from 25 August 2026 can be closed after 7 consecutive calendar days without a trade, and that includes sim-funded accounts. Tell support in advance if you're taking a break.

Methods. Payouts go through Rise (Riseworks). From there you can withdraw by bank transfer or crypto, and US traders can use Plaid/ACH. For your first payout you sign the trader agreements through Rise. MFFU's pages don't mention a payout fee.

Speed. MFFU says about 80% of Rapid requests are auto-approved in under a second. Requests that need a manual review take 6 to 12 business hours, excluding holidays.

KYC. Done in the dashboard under Personal Settings. The first payout guide puts it before your first payout request.

Fee refund. None. There's no refund of the evaluation fee when you pass or get paid.

Going live. Rapid accounts move to live after a single $10,000 net-profit day or at the risk team's discretion. Builder moves after the 5th sim payout. Pro is reviewed after 3 consecutive payouts, $20,000 in profit, or on reaching the $100,000 cap (profit above that is forfeited in sim). Breaching a live account starts a 21-day cooldown with no sim trading or new purchases.

MFFU's own pages don't agree on everything:

Who can sign up

MFFU is US-based and accepts US traders, who also get Plaid/ACH payouts. Its restricted list is long, about 90 places, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Turkey, the UAE, Qatar, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Malta and Iceland. Corsica and France's non-mainland islands are also excluded. Read the full restricted countries list on MFFU's help center before you buy, because a refund isn't possible once you've traded.

Crypto purchases are never refundable, for anti-money-laundering reasons, so pay by card if you want the 14-day no-trade refund option.

Reputation

On Trustpilot, My Funded Futures scores 4.9 out of 5 from 22,624 reviews, checked on 28 October 2026, with 11,171 of those in the last 12 months. The split is 95% five-star, 3% four-star, under 1% each for three- and two-star, and 2% one-star. The profile was claimed in October 2023, MFFU pays for a Trustpilot subscription and invites customers to leave reviews, and Trustpilot notes that it hasn't replied to negative reviews. Trustpilot also flags that the company "may be associated with high-risk investments." See the Trustpilot page.

Many positive reviews are short thank-yous to named support agents. The one-star reviews focus on accounts closed or banned after a risk review with little explanation, payouts denied after a verification call, traders turned down for live accounts, platform or data-feed problems they say caused losses, and a few billing disputes.

MFFU publishes its own funnel statistics: 19.97% of evaluation participants passed, 39.2% of those who reached sim-funded got at least one payout, and 4.2% of sim-funded traders were promoted to live. On payout volume, Finance Magnates Intelligence tracked $38.51 million in crypto payouts from MFFU in Q1 2026, up 160.6% from $14.78 million a year earlier (published 20 April 2026). That covers crypto only. We found no regulator action against the firm.

Mistakes to avoid at MyFundedFutures

  1. Letting open profit run back on a Rapid funded account. The drawdown follows your intraday equity high, so a $1,500 open gain that goes back to zero has already raised your floor by $1,500.
  2. Forgetting the evaluation consistency rule. On Rapid and Pro, a big first day means you keep trading past the target until no day is 50% of the profit. On Rapid EOD the bar is 30%.
  3. Leaving a resting limit order near Tier 1 news. On Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro funded accounts, even an unfilled order 2 minutes before CPI breaks the rule.
  4. Trading a holiday half-day without flattening. There's no auto-close on holiday sessions, and holding past the close can breach the account.
  5. Going quiet for a week. Seven calendar days without a trade can close a new account, including a funded one.
  6. Paying in crypto and then changing your mind. Crypto purchases are never refunded.

Before you buy: checklist

  • Check your country against MFFU's restricted list.
  • Decide between intraday (Rapid) and end-of-day (Rapid EOD, Builder, Pro) drawdown on the funded account.
  • Read the help article for your exact plan and size, since each one has its own contract limit, buffer and payout minimum.
  • Put the Tier 1 news dates in your calendar if you're buying Rapid or Pro.
  • Make sure you can trade at least once every 7 days.
  • Pay by card if you want the option of a refund before your first trade.
  • Use code SCOUT at checkout. See our MyFundedFutures coupon page for how to apply it.

Our verdict

MyFundedFutures is a good fit for active intraday futures traders who want to get paid often. No activation fee, one-time pricing, daily Rapid payouts at 90%, and a help center that spells out every size's limits make it easy to know what you're getting. Its 4.9 Trustpilot score on more than 22,000 reviews and its published pass and payout rates add some confidence.

It isn't cheap for what you get, the restricted list is long, and each plan has a rule that can bite: the intraday drawdown on Rapid funded accounts, the consistency rules in evaluation, the payout caps on Builder and the 14-day wait on Pro. Pick the plan whose trade-off matches how you already trade, not the one with the best headline.
