    Trustpilot cluster: on the first page of the 1-star, last-3-months filter, 6 of 21 one-star reviews (dated 2026-08-31 to 2026-10-27, keyword count) describe payouts denied, rejected or not updated past the stated 48 business hours, often after account termination for alleged copy or reverse trading. The firm replied that breaches are judged by resulting exposure rather than intent, that trading is disabled during payout requests by policy, and in one case that the delayed payout was being chased internally. These are unverified trader claims.
