    Trustpilot cluster: on the first page of the 1-star, last-3-months filter, 15 of 21 one-star reviews (dated 2026-10-08 to 2026-10-26, keyword count) describe payouts denied, withheld or delayed, often after accounts were closed for alleged rule breaches such as cross-account opposing positions. Reviewers cite amounts from $1,200 to $24,715. The firm replied to several, saying denials followed rule violations (unsustainable risk, opposing positions across accounts), that decisions are final, and in one case refunded the account fees as goodwill. These are unverified trader claims.
