    On Trustpilot's 1-star list sorted by most recent, at least 8 of the 20 newest reviews (22 Sep to 27 Oct 2026) describe a payout being refused, withheld or left under review for days, for example a $5,713 payout refused, a $6,317 payout rejected for 'inconsistent profit', and a second payout rejected after a device change. These are unverified trader claims. The firm replied to some Trustpilot reviews asking traders to contact support, and on its scam-alert page it says some reviews relate to clone sites and disputes Trustpilot's fake-review warning.
