On Trustpilot, 1-star reviews dated Feb-Aug 2026 describe payouts denied, withheld or pending for months (one says nine months, another about $18,000 on hold) and live-account transitions unresolved for about six months, with some saying the support email no longer exists. The firm replied on 2026-03-03 and 2026-06-26 that payouts were queued or being processed during a migration and that it remained operational; on other reviews it said no matching account was found or that accounts were closed under its rules. Reviews are unverified.
