Every plan and account size, with limits turned into dollars so you know exactly how much room you have.
Reward split starts at 70% (80% on the 2nd payout, 90% after that); 100% needs a paid add-on. The /instant page labels the loss limit type 'Trailing' but checkout shows 'Static'.
