Glossary · Funded account
What is a funded account?
The account you trade after passing, where profits can be withdrawn.
Once you pass an evaluation, the firm gives you a funded account. The loss limits usually stay the same, but there's no profit target — you simply trade and request payouts.
At most retail prop firms the funded account is simulated, and payouts are paid from the firm's own revenue.
