Glossary · Profit target

What is a profit target?

How much profit you must make to pass a phase, as a % of the starting balance.

Each evaluation phase has a profit target. Reach it without breaking a loss rule and you move to the next phase or get funded.

Targets are usually 5% to 10% per phase. Funded accounts generally have no target.

Example

An 8% target on a $50K account means reaching $54,000.
